We used them again for exact same repair on another valve. My husband was present during both repairs. The second repair was $460 (after we challenged the original bill). First they told my husband the second repair was not same as the repair they had done earlier in the summer despite my husband watching over both repairs. Then they said they did not charge us enough on the first repair. Which is it? Jist be sure to make them quote you before doing any work.

Roughly 90 minutes later no one had showed up and I reached out to the office to inquire on timing and was told to disregard the ETA the technician was finishing up a stop and then headed my way. At 2:23, mind you after my arrival window, I reached out and said since our 4 hour window was up assumed the technician wasn't coming to which they responded an hour later (now at 3:17) stating the technician was en route. If you as a company cannot respond to potential customers appropriately how do you expect to gain customers?
