Little hole in the wall with DELICIOUS locally handcrafted ice cream. We all got the 2319, caramel ice cream with Oreos and Hershey chocolate sauce, soooo good! Great service, cute decor.

Yesterday my kids were scheduled for their COVID boosters. It wasn't the easiest endeavor, my youngest was a little squeamish. We got it done and there was a reward in waiting @ Great Northwest. Now in wasn't planning on getting anything (wink wink), but since I was there I decided to anyway. My son got a banana split minus the marichino (aka bleached) cherry. He seriously inhaled this ice cream "boat". It was there and then it wasn't. My daughter got a 2 scoop double caramel sundae. Salted caramel ice cream with caramel sauce. That sounds amazing no matter how you pronounce it. I wanted to get a 2 scoop cone, but sadly they were out of cones. I was offered cone "pieces" but I declined. I think it was made up by the size of the scoops I received. All in all, the discomfort of the shots was bypassed by amazing ice cream.

This place is so nice! I really like the ice creams. Highly recommend the chocolate and bosenberry. Also the shaved ice. Gosh it had been forever since I had shaved ice abs was a little skeptical of the flavors but they are so good. I got pineapple and mango. Mango was sweeter than I prefer. My friend got the shaved ice with chocolate ice cream. Th chocolate offset the mango sweetness perfectly. For those seeking less sweet flavours get the strawberry coconut with 25% syrup! Also this place is open until 10!!! Highly recommend

What an amazing find! This place just opened and is amazing! The ice cream is hand made and super tasty and the owner is incredibly friendly and obliging. He was happy to do "split" scoops (even for a kids scoop) for my family so we could try more of the ice cream. We also got a root beer float using real gourmet root beer and an amazing vanilla custard. This place is a gem!

We popped in to check out Cornelius's first(?) Ice Cream shop. The best part .. their ice cream is all Homemade. They offer coffee drinks too. We were there only for the Ice Cream this time... Yum! We tried 5 flavors. Cinnamon, S'mores, Coffee Oreo, Toasted Coconut, and Chocolate. All were delicious. Creamy, Ice Cold, and Mouthwatering. :) A single scoop for each of us was $3.50, double scoops are $6.50, and a $1 more for Homemade Waffle Cones.

Very cool decor and the amazing ice cream, made on-site by these young and enthusiastic owners, is truly epic! The ice cream is made in small batches using locally-sourced ingredients such as Willamette Valley Marionberries, Strawberries, nuts and other delicious fresh ingredients. Flavors are unique and different such as their popular Cinnamon Ice Cream. They have excellent coffee too and feature a memorable Italian Affogato made with Vanilla Ice Cream topped with a shot of Espresso. I had mine made with their outstanding Double Coffee Ice Cream topped with Espresso. Wow!

$4.50 for a hollow scoop in a dish. The ice cream was good but an awful value. The clerk was professional.

Great ice cream, pleasant decor inside. Needs a stereo system and music! Would probably draw more traffic with some tunes playing.

There are tons of mismatched seats and tables available for sitting. Great for an afterschool hangout! They have a wide variety of drinks and fruit bowls like açaí. I also saw multiple items for sale like stickers, bracelets and other misc things that caters to a younger crowd. They have even more items available that aren't on the menu I took a photo of. They are on the board behind the cashier. They look like yummy seasonal items. I originally came for an açaí bowl today but tried the matcha and I unfortunately was not happy with it. Previous times I came I had the pumpkin protein milkshake. That was good. My spouse got a drink and the tapioca pearls were not cooked all the way. The second time we had the lemonades and those were great. Today I ordered the blended matcha milk tea. It didn't have much flavor. The coconut milkshake was not thick. It was basically coconut flavored milk with whipped cream on top. :( the good thing from todays visit was the tapioca pearls. They were perfect. Will be back and update my review after I've tried the non drink items.

A friend and I were in the area to see a musical. The thing about McMenamins is that it's pretty…read moreconsistent. You can go to most locations and get the same items with a few unique things to that location. My friend I go to shows with a lot is vegan so we know she can get a solid meal and they're usually open late too since we're food hunting around 10ish. I wasn't familiar with the layout of the grounds and it can be a challenge to get around in the pitch dark. We were coming in 1030pm on a Saturday and it is a venue. Unfortunately, I followed the directions. The powers that be put a huge EXIT ONLY sign at the parking lot entrance. I figured, looking at my GPS, that they were directing traffic to the back of the grounds so that people like us were not met with a bunch of cars coming right at them, trying to get out after the concert since this is also a hotel and restaurants/bars that people stay at or eat/drink at who have nothing to do with the concert. Fast forward a solid 15-20 minutes where my GPS was pointing the way, and I could clearly see where we needed to go... BUT they had a giant fence with padlocks blocking the road meaning that the only road in was the one blocked with the EXIT ONLY sign. So, I backed up and found a tiny service road to come towards that exit sign from the other side - and someone had actually moved the sign, so it wasn't completely blocking the road anymore. I imagine it was from the people trying to get out because the way that the sign had been placed blocked the road from going in or out! I was worried as we got a message from friends we were supposed to meet there saying that they had given up and that the parking lot was a complete disaster area. They said they were not able to find anything even remotely close to the restaurant. My friend got the text as we found the front of the building and I have an ADA tag. I drove right up seeing the entire ADA parking was empty except one other car. Then we were commenting at least they have iron railing to walk up the stairs... but oh wait, there's a ramp! So easy... although I could have done without the different two older people literally stepping on my foot with zero acknowledgement at all. I have a partially disconnected Achilles on that side so thanks for that. At least they didn't step on my cane? The staff were all so lovely... so helpful with our questions and making certain we had everything. I am not a vegan and went for a burger. I'm a huge fan of the dungeon burger... mushrooms & Swiss... and I love a place that asks me how I want my burger cooked - medium please! That grilled flavor is great. And a nice pile of tots. I'm even OK with a steady flow of RC cola. We were pretty surprised at how mellow everything was considering they'd had a major concert. There were a pair of ladies at the bar. I wandered to use the restroom as one was telling the other that she should clearly light that dude on fire as I was passing. Coming out and the tables had turned to talking about the other gals unfortunate dating life. I hope they both dump those dudes - ladies, you are both lovely, ditch the jerks!

SERVICE WAS AWFUL! We went with a small work group on a Wednesday for lunch. The service was…read moreabsolutely terrible. It seemed like our server had little to no training or customer service skills. We came in with a small company lunch group of five, and it took over an hour to receive our food. In total, we were there for 2 1/2 hours before we could finally leave. The food was just okay, but the service completely overshadowed it. The location itself is really cool, but unfortunately, the staff and overall experience were not. The managers walked around as if nothing was wrong, even though multiple tables--including ours--were visibly frustrated. We kept looking around in disbelief at how poor the service was and couldn't understand why no one stepped in to help. Here are just a few of the issues we experienced: #1 We weren't given enough silverware. #2 We didn't receive plates for our appetizers. #3 We were charged for a basket of tater tots that we were told would be "on the house" because of the long wait. #4 Our sweet potato fries were forgotten, but we were still charged for them. At that point, we just wanted to leave. #5 Our server disappeared for 20 minutes at a time and rarely checked on us. #6 Several other customers around us also appeared frustrated with the service. #7 Our waters and Sprites were mixed up. #8 Our food orders were delivered to the wrong people. I've always enjoyed McMenamins, but this location was a huge disappointment. I hope management takes a serious look at the level of training, supervision, and customer service at this location because it simply wasn't acceptable.
