We've been here a few times as a family. Not once has our order been correct on the first try. Not one. Also, the woman they have in the drive thru does not speak English well and she mumbles into the speaker, making it very, very difficult to hear her. The food is decent quality and usually prepared quickly, even if what we usually get is incorrect has to be fixed. read more

Worse than the Hospital Cafeteria. Microwaved from frozen greasy cheap flavored food like you would get at a carnival. Expensive too. Just not worth your money. Forest Grove has always had a bad reputation for restaurants but this one is the worst. Save your money and make something at home instead. You'll be thankful you did. If you remember Poppios then you know how long I've lived here so trust me when I say this place really sucks bad! read more

I don't usually eat Jack in the Box but I decided that's what sounded good for dinner last night. Honestly, wasn't terrible. I just got the crunchy tacos and curly fries and they lowkey were really good. The fries did taste a little stall but not to a point where they were not edible. For me I'd say even though it was pretty good, for me personally definitely not a continuous option but every once in awhile. read more

There's a reason they aren't busy during the dinner rush. I've never eaten here and won't be back. We got two kids meals and had no idea there wasn't any form of toy/book/anything included. Then we ordered one "old fashioned chocolate milkshake." Nothing old fashioned about this. It's just meh. They also forgot to give it to us. After asking for it they rushed us this... vanilla shake with a chocolate syrup line in the middle, that they didn't even bother to mix. Will we be back? Nope. read more

Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Forest Grove, Oregon

I feel like this specific Jack in the Box receives too much hate for some reason? They are very consistent with the food at least in my case, they rarely mess up my order and the food always tastes good. The service is decent it's the same as any other fast food joint. I never go inside I stick to the drive through so I can't speak on the interior but I feel like for what this place is, it gets the job done doesn't matter if it's breakfast lunch or dinner. read more

It smells awful inside and like there's a gas leak. Hair was found in my tacos too. Most likely not going to be going back.

I bought a chocolate milkshake today it was the worst "chocolate" milkshake I ever had. You can't even call it chocolate. They filled the cup with vanilla ice cream with a tiny squirt of chocolate syrup. Put it in the so-called mixing machine which didn't mix it. It was vanilla ice cream with a streak of chocolate syrup through the middle. I asked the girl at the counter this is chocolate it looks like vanilla. She said I put it in the mixing machine and she walked away. I had to stir the chocolate syrup myself with a straw and even after that it still look like vanilla. I will never ever ever order a chocolate shake there again. $5 Don't waste your money Go to McDonald's where you can get a real chocolate shake read more

Just found mold on my sourdough jack. Wtf. Didn't notice it until I got to the end but this is so disgusting. Going back tomorrow to show them. read more

what a shit hole!! The pickles in my meal were thinner then my patients. The fries were soggy and the lady that owns this place is absolutely ratchet, she looked hungover and could hardly stand up straight, DO NOT recommend. read more

Terrible quality, very disorganized and extremely slow. Can never get the simplest orders correct.

Went in today for a quick bite. They now have a sign in the window that says you can only sit for 30 minutes. It took 8 minutes to get our order, does that count for our 30 minutes. read more

Jack in the Box - Love the new time limit to eat! - Fast Food Near Me - Forest Grove, Oregon

This place is okay. But some reasons as for for tonight's visit, I should had double check my food. I paid extra, I asked for a double patty sourdough sandwich and end up with a single patty. I am disappointed, I came here to get a quick meal for my graveyard shift that is all the way toward Portland. read more

Our $7 ultimate cheeseburger was dry, even my dogs wouldn't eat it. Very sad. Tacos are smaller and more cooked than before (very browned)

Worst fast food experience I've ever had. Not only did they continuously mess up my order but REFUSED to fix it. Just got home to find HAIR in my sandwich. NEVER RETURNING read more

So I've given up on McDonald's ever getting my order right, so today I stopped at Jack in the Box to give them a try. I ordered a Bacon Swiss "artisan" combo, a Jumbo Jack combo, and a kid's meal. They nailed the kid's meal, as well as the Jumbo Jack meal. I got home, sat down, ready to dive into my bacon riddled sandwich... Imagine my surprise when I popped open my box and what do my eyes see? What I can only presume was another Jumbo Jack slathered in ketchup and mayonnaise. Upon noticing the veins on my forehead popping out, my daughter asked "are you OK dad?", to which I replied "no honey, dad's not OK because he just paid almost $10 for this meal and I got instead what looks like a $7 meal, and is anything but what I actually ordered". I honestly wonder if there's something in the HVAC system in the Forest Grove fast food restaurants that causes blindness, or mild cases of dyslexia where none of them can read what's on the screen? I was going to go back and bitch and moan, but honestly I shouldn't have to... They should have just got it right. Enjoy the extra $3 you guys basically stole from me, I just simply won't be back... read more

My meal came to $7.98, I handed over a twenty and got $2.02 in change. When I explained I was due a $10 bill I was told I'd been given one. I insisted and was told no. I asked for a complaint form and the gal tore of a piece of register tape and handed it to me. I refused and suggested they learn to count back change and they would not encounter these problems. Management has fallen down on teaching correct customer service. I will be complaining to management as well. Won't be back! read more

Basically had to eat for a fast gut bomb. Never been here and will not enter again. Walked in and the first thing was the cash register was out of order. OK, crap happens. I order and find out out I can't use the soft drink machine as it was out of order. So you get to wait in line for a refill also from the drive through machine. OK, it's a one time thing and I'll stick this out. Payed out over $8 for a combo. Wait, wait for it......order was ready. Oops, wrong order. After observing the counter lady handle dirty drink refills and then handle my food I gave up and demanded my $ back. They were like, "What? What's wrong?" Yep. And whenever they needed the manager he was not to be found while Rome was going down in flames. A real joke of a fast food joint. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with JITB. Some places do a great job, but others are hideous. This location does a very good job preparing the orders, and I love the fact that I can get breakfast items all day. Unfortunately the staff at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get very friendly, courteous service and other times they barely notice you aside from taking your order and giving you your food. read more

If you go through the drive threw be prepared for a 20 MINUTE wait. The cashier will not answer your questions at the window just ask for the amount for the food. More than likely your food will be already cold as it was just given to you. If your inside just watch the staff as they make transaction at the register and then go touch YOUR FODD without even washing their hands. I assured you this restaurant needs to be closed down Also if my review is erased I will repost with all the pictures I took with my food to proved how S*&#ty this restaurants is. I'm from Los Angeles and growing up Tommie's In And Out and Jack in the box was the king but here in FG it Suck @$$. read more

This place clearly doesn't care. The place is basically unheated in the winter (apparently at the orders of the owner). The sauce dispensers are unfilled. The soda machine is out of order. Their shake machine was down for months. I prefer their food over McDonald's but I find myself at McDonald's every morning as Jack in the box is clearly not interested in providing a decent atmosphere or customer opinions as this has all been pointed out to them before. read more

I board my horses in the FG area, so my family is always out this way. I have been to this store twice in the last month, and my husband went once. Both times, I went the bathrooms were so nasty I was afraid to wash my hands, before eating. The wait times have gotten ridiculous. The last time I was there, my daughter wanted tacos, and we went through the drive-in. They were so greasy, and ugly she tried to feed them to the dogs, they were not interested. The children and I were at the beach a 2 weekends ago, and my husband was out with the horses. He stopped and grabbed dinner here. My husband got sick (puking, upset stomach, other issues), he was sick for 2 days, and went to the dr, who told him it was food poisoning. No one else in the family got it, and the only difference in what we had all eaten was he ate here and we ate at the Beach for dinner. This store used to be an ok store, but in the last 6 months, it has become a nasty place. I believe this store could be good again, but it will require some work. Until it is done, I would advise avoiding it. read more

I have only been here a handful of times, and every time has been rather unpleasant. This place is known in Forest Grove as being gross and unsatisfactory. There are nicer Jack in the Boxes around (for example Hillsboro). Skip this one. It was a lousy Dairy Queen before, and now it's a lousy Jack in the Box. read more

They have good food but it makes you sick after and the people there take for ever and half of the time mess up your oder.

This place needs new management, new driveway and better food. Not sure how a chain restaurant can have good food all over but somehow one location has disgusting food...but Fg jack in the box manages to do it. read more

This is by far the worst fast-food restaurant I've been to. December 14th at 8:30pm, My sister and I went into the drive thru and ordered a small snack. When we got to the window we were VERY rudely accused for prank-calling their store, which we didn't. This old woman scolded us and said this: "Just so you two know, it is punished by law to prank call a service and we can trace your call" And then she proceeded by slamming the drive thru window in my face. I sat there astonished.. Never in my life have I been so rudely accused by fast-food workers. I myself work in fast food and I would never treat a customer like this. read more
