I have tried to be patient with this business but this has quite literally dragged on for two weeks…read morenow. It's a simple process that most dealerships can accomplish within an hour or two. I have bought several vehicles at this point in my life and never have I been so ignored or treated like the dealership could not care less at all. All I've gotten from you is excuses. My ex husband sold cars for Cadillac! So I am very, very well aware of the process and there is absolutely no good reason or excuse in the world for it to take two weeks and still not have gotten anywhere. The only possible reason is because you just don't care and my business is very clearly not important to you at all! This entire experience has been the worst, I literally can't even believe how lackadaisical you are as a sales person when this is apparently your business, that you own. You'd really think you would care more about how you treat customers and the reputation that you are creating and the fact that you clearly don't care at all about how outrageously long it has taken for every pathetic little step of the way of moving forward to actually purchase one of your vehicles. I've never tried so hard to buy a car and felt and been treated like the dealership couldn't care less or even be bothered to return phone calls. Do you know how many times I called after putting in the credit app? Quite literally dozens of times. Not even an exaggeration. And how many voicemails I left? Too many to count. And it took FIVE DAYS FOR YOU TO BOTHER RETURNING THAT PHONE CALL after you told me to fill out a credit application and I did. And now it's the same thing all over again with this next simple and small step in the process. I sent out the paperwork you requested the next day. You say you didn't receive it but you received every other email I sent so again it's just excuses and I don't buy it. That paperwork was emailed to you on Thursday by Monday still nothing. It's amazing you have a business at all! If it wasn't so infuriating it would be comical with how ridiculous it is! But one could wonder why you even bother to ask me to put a credit application in if you apparently don't have the time to actually deal with selling a car? So that my credit takes a hit when I am trying to purchase a car? But what do you care? There were other cars I could have pursued but I wasted my time on you and your dealership. And I regret that very much. I am flabbergasted at how horrid your customer service and practices are at 'King's Point Auto'. You should be ashamed.

The salesman I worked with claimed he had experience selling tons of Honda Accords yet when questioned about the model I was considering, there were so many things he wasn't sure about with the car. Also, the online prices are tricks because they claim it doesn't include the cash down prices. So the car I viewed online went up price wise about 3K when I went to view it in person. Before looking at my car he tried talking me out of buying the Honda I was looking at. Viewing my car across the street he said it might go for one price however he'd have to have an appraiser look at it closer yet he didn't think there was one on-site that day but he could try to find a manager. Giving the keys to my car for a closer inspection, the value of my perfectly conditioned vehicle went down by 1-2K for bullshit reasons that were completely unfounded. Ultimately, he tried to tell me that my 2019 Lexus F Sport with less miles than the 2019 Honda Accord Touring was worth less trade in wise and I would owe money towards getting the Honda. Insurance would argue otherwise; a Lexus is a luxury vehicle. Not a Honda. The value of my car is not worth less than a Honda, especially not the same year and less mileage. save your time and gas. dont go here.

Love the truck, but the prices have gotten out of control. After getting a trusted recommendation to Audi Great Neck (795 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY 11021), we thought we'd see what they were offering. We wanted to match to what we had with a new (rare) color and the "black" package. To our surprise  Drew Russo and salesman Joe Mortell were a great big help. Not only did we get exactly what we wanted, but it was delivered within a week. They went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of their happy customers!! We were in/out without all the haggling and games that dealerships like to play. Pick-up was just as easy, signed, and drove off. Thank you, ANDREW  RUSSO, and JOE MORTELL for the very professional service, easy experience, and putting us in exactly what we wanted!! See you in 3 years!

And plenty of tv screens to watch whatever on cable! I walk towards the establishment for my appointment to view a car I found through CarGurus and there's a gentleman there ready to help me out, Steven. Real cool guy, we chatted about cars, features, etc. We immediately took a look at the car, inside and out, car was in VERY GOOD condition. They keep their cars very clean and show room ready. SERIOUSLY! Next we went to the desk to talk numbers, everything was correct as shown online. I already came in with the intent to leave a downpayment regardless. The most important thing about shopping for a car is to be educated and understand businesses have to make money. Research the cars you are interested in and match the value that way. Long story short, after all the questions with Mike, I was very happy with the final cost, VERY reasonable for a 2014 Infiniti q50 hybrid which included taxes and regulations all done right there in the office. Mike is a honest guy, and its obvious he understands the business. I came in with the decision to buy a car TODAY, and I did just that! Nothing secretive or shady about this establishment. He'll get your numbers right and explain everything!

BUYER BEWARE -- CERTIFIED LUXURY MOTORS!…read more We found a truck on Carfax advertised for $28,800. We went to Certified Luxury Motors, sat down with the salesperson, and were told they would not run a hard credit check until they determined whether we were pre-approved. After waiting about 25-30 minutes, we were told we were approved and took the truck for a test drive. During the test drive, we noticed the brakes and/or front-wheel alignment seemed off, and we immediately mentioned it to the salesperson. While we were waiting, another customer came in who had purchased a vehicle from the dealership just three days earlier. He was calmly asking for help because his vehicle did not come with the wheel-lock key, and he had gotten a flat tire but couldn't change it. Instead of helping him, the salesperson called the Nassau County Police. At that point, my boyfriend and I looked at each other and said this was a huge red flag. We almost left--but decided to continue with the deal. We added the truck to our insurance and paid our down payment. Here's where things got really concerning: we had not yet been given the final numbers or sat down with the finance manager. After our money was taken, we were finally brought into the finance office. The truck that was advertised for approximately $28,800 suddenly became around $72,000 after taxes, fees, financing, and other charges were added. We questioned the numbers, refused the deal, walked away, and thankfully received our money back. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Don't rely on the advertised price. Ask for the complete OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE IN WRITING BEFORE PAYING A DOWN PAYMENT OR SIGNING ANYTHING. This was our personal experience, and based on what happened, we would NOT recommend Certified Luxury Motors. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. READ EVERYTHING. ASK QUESTIONS. GET ALL THE NUMBERS IN WRITING. BUYER BEWARE!
