If you are looking for a vehicle, you have to go see Christian Acosta. He was incredibly nice, upfront, and honest from the start. He helped me find a car that fit my budget perfectly and was always quick to get back to me. Also, a huge shout-out to my guy in the Finance Department-he really made the magic happen and got the deal closed fast! It was a seamless, no-hassle process from start to finish. This team really knows how to take care of people in 2026. If you want it done right, ask for Christian!"

Didn't call before coming, which was an issue because the car was not at that location but at their other facility in Paterson, NJ 20 mins away. I should have gone back home but I kept on course. Once there, George greeted me and let me check out the car.The sales sticker was in the window for $16,789 which is what was listed on CarGurus. There were multiple scratches around the car and a 3-4 inch deep scratch with a dent on the roof that he claimed was likely due to a tree falling on it. The inner cover to the rear hatch was detached as well so He quickly explained that the car was about to be serviced and said it wasn't ready to be sold. I asked why was it being advertised and he said the deal could still be done but the car had to be repaired first. I asked if the price could come down & he tells me the price is based on financing only because they make more money that way. I was paying in cash so he said I can't get that price and it would be much higher. He shows me fine print from their website and I counter that I found the car on CarGurus. 'That's just a 3rd party place for us to advertise. The price will be higher if you pay cash.' I walked out!! Bait and switch. Fraudulent practices, and crappy dealership.

Even with their entire front lot being filled with only Tacomas and Tundras they refuse to remove these absurd dealer markups. The service department is even worse. I had a 2022 Sienna with a nail in the tire in the tread. They said I needed 4 new tires for that car with only 15,000 miles because it was "unsafe". I wasn't about to spend 1k on new tires so I took it to a reputable tire shop and he said that the nail hadn't punctured through and didn't even charge me for his time. I complained to the service manager because my tire on my Tacoma was replaced earlier that week because it was also deemed irreparable and was given a complimentary oil change (which I never used, but the gesture was appreciated). Fast forward a year from then and I decided to try the service department one last time. I needed spark plugs, emailed and called the service manager multiple times but got no response. I ended up going to Morristown Toyota for the spark plugs and was much more pleased with their communication. I'd rather take the 30 minute drive to Morristown than 2 minutes down the road to Glen.
