    I wish there was a way to not give a star at all. First they call and say they don't discuss numbers or anything over the phone even after I used their capital one finance application and I should come in. They ask what time you'll be here so they can make sure to have the car ready. I say tomorrow 1pm. Once I get there I wait over an hour just to see the car. Then the guy Jon refused to talk numbers before I test drove. Trying to make me fall in love with the car before they hit me with crazy numbers. Car price went up 7k with a bunch of optional added nonsense. Which then I wasn't able to finance. Wasted all afternoon and now almost 6 weeks later I'm still waiting to receive my $500 refund back. These guys are completely unprofessional and unethical. I had someone text me saying " are you sure your not playing games with us" because I told them I hadn't got the check they claimed they sent. I told him to check the tracking I asked to that he never gave or with accounting to see if anything was cashed. Why would you even speak to me that way. Sleazy dealership with people just the same. BBB complaint submitted as well as a fair trade complaint. Small claims form done. They probably just roll over most people, not me. Record your convos with the guys, will def help once you have to sue them. See you guys in court!

    Had a great convo with Andre Saturday evening. I'm showing interest in two of the cars on their website. Me and Mr. Andre made a plan for me to come in to see the car on Sunday; and get a book of sales. Sunday morning I get a text from Mr. Andre "Bruce our address is 46 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY 11021... Let me know what time we can expect you sir?". I tell him what time. He texts me later to ask my ETA.. I tell him 19 minutes. I get there and no one has the notes on the convo from the day before. One of the cars (GLE) isn't there. I was told the other one is "15 minutes away on another lot". So I waited; even though I thought is was strange to ask my ETA, like you had something in order waiting for me. I gave the same associate(Mike I believe) 3x as much time he said it would be. After 50 minutes I got up and left. 15 minutes turned into 50 and still no car. Not even a "hey would you like some water?" Or "hey sorry the wait will be make it worth your while when it comes to pricing. ANYTHING to show you want me business and your company messed up. I text Andre to see if this is the company idea of customer service. No answer. Lol

He has such a pleasant demeanor and immediately made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Every staff member we interacted with--from reception, to the finance department, to the technology expert--was friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with. Buying a new car should be exciting and fun, and the team at BMW Manhasset absolutely delivered on that. They went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. The facility itself is also worth mentioning. It's modern, clean, and incredibly spacious, which makes it easy to view the vehicles from every angle. I especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere created by the round tables instead of traditional office desks--it really encourages comfortable, open conversations and makes the entire experience feel more personal. Thank you again to the entire BMW Manhasset team for such a positive experience. We couldn't be happier.

    We came to BMW of Manhasset for a routine oil change. During check-in, we were told the car…read more"needed" spark plugs. When we asked for pricing, we were quoted an exorbitant $2,000+ and told it would take 4 hours. We explicitly said proceed with the oil change only and that we would decide shortly on the spark plugs. About 15 minutes after drop-off, I called to let them know we found the same spark plug service for less than half the cost elsewhere and that we did NOT want the spark plugs done. No answer. I called again. And again. No response. About 30 minutes later, I called the BMW showroom directly and clearly stated: Do not perform the spark plug service. We are coming to pick up the car now. We returned less than 40 minutes after drop-off -- and somehow all the work was already completed, including the spark plugs. I never approved this service. I was charged over $2,000 for work that was done without consent, after multiple documented attempts to stop it. I immediately called three times asking for a service manager to contact me to rectify this situation. No response. This is unacceptable, unethical, and incredibly shady. Performing major service without authorization and then ignoring the customer afterward is not how a luxury brand should operate. I will never return, and I will be sharing this experience with everyone. Terrible customer service and very questionable service practices.

    by far the biggest scam! Was pre-approved for a GLC…read moreMercedes-Benz on Capital One Auto Navigator ($20k). Capital One gives you the confirmed overall price for the vehicle so you don't need to negotiate the price once you get down there. After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time. I called prior, showed my quote upon arriving and once I completed the whole process which was well over 2 hours is when I was told that not only would my quote not be honored but jacked up by $9,000 minus any taxes or dmv fees which I was more than willing to pay. Again, it's bad business! 0/10 and would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Do better!
