In regards to my previous review, the company was having a problem with their website. The owner reached out to apologize, which I really appreciate. I hope the website issue is resolved, as many people like myself search for home services and request quotes online. The owner sent Jackie to my house for a 3 hour cleaning. She arrived right on time, maybe a few minutes early (yay!). She was a wonderful person. I could have chatted with her for hours. She did a great job doing my normal cleaning tasks and giving me a break (vacuum, faucets, mirrors, counters, floors, stovetop). She only stayed for 2 hours, but said that was all she needed for a house of my size (~1700 sq ft). She left some organic mints which was awesome! My husband thought it was strange she didn't do the shower. I didn't think about it before he said this, but I suppose he is correct, that is something you would expect the cleaning lady to clean. I have a sharp eye for dust, hair and crumbs, and there is probably no house in existence that is clean enough for my taste, but my house looked nice, at least for a day. Then the boys and pets got home :/ Will use again next time I need a break from cleaning up. Next time I will have a list of things I'd like cleaned so nothing is forgotten. Did not accept tip. I have used this company for a few years. They really hire well. I have had the same person for a few years and always does a thorough job.

HORRIBLE experience. The worst "cleaning" I have ever received -- left dirt and grime literally everywhere after a FOUR HOUR CLEAN. Absolutely shocking. And that wasn't even the worst part. They have the most atrocious customer service I have ever come across. "Linda" is shocking. After I said I would not be using them again and hung up she literally CALLED ME BACK to harass me!!!! Can you believe that?!? I had to literally BLOCK their number! Never in my LIFE have I dealt with such shocking behavior by a company. I am floored. They shouldn't even be in business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and calling the police if they ever dare to contact me again or try to retaliate in any way. read more

I have had my home cleaned by Green Ladies Cleaning for about a year now and I have really enjoyed the quality of cleaning by their staff and the attentive and prompt customer service. Booked appointment with Deb for this afternoon. I have roommates and we work a lot. Apt overdue for a spring cleaning..... Just walked in and my place smells so good. It looks incredible. I'm a shorty, its awesome she dusted even high places and hard to reach places. I love she used eco friendly products. Did I mention my place looks INCREDIBLE. I had a 8am appointment today which was scheduled through Linda (their scheduling rep). I explained that I was taking time off work to be here at 8am to meet the cleaning person. It's 8:25am and I received no phone call and the cleaning person never showed up. I called Linda and she did not offer anything to make this right. She just said that she has "no control over the cleaning people" and simply offered to "just reschedule." Linda was not apologetic and made me feel like I was calling a cable company. Their representative came to our home and I walked her through our house. She said they would charge $35 per man-hour and would take 5 hrs for one person to clean my house (app. 2,450 sqft.), so $175 a pop for bi-weekly cleaning. She was really aggressive in selling her bi-weekly service. I asked if she would vacuum under the beds, clean espresso machines, etc. and she said yes to all. I thought it was really pricy (our previous company charged us $110). We decided to go ahead anyway and told them we would like to see how they would do before we commit to by-weekly. One person showed up (don't know how many hrs she spent) and when I came home, floors under all beds were dusty, the espresso machine and fridge still had a lot of stains, kitchen floors still showed a lot of stains that I had to mop it again, stairs had dust balls, etc, etc., and she took the money, and they've never got in touch with us since. It was hard to believe this person spent 5 hrs - our previous cleaner sent 2 people and spent 1.5 hrs and charged $110 and the cleaning was no worse than this provider. The fact that she just took our money, did a lousy job, and never followed up with us was bad enough for us to move on. read more

I scheduled an appointment for Green Ladies to come to my house, discuss my needs and give me an estimate. This appointment was set for Saturday morning at 9:00 am. I waited and waited. At 9:20 I called them. The lady I spoke with told me, "I don't see anything on the computer." No apology. No offer to send someone right out. No offer to reschedule. No call back from a supervisor. I can't comment on their service since I never received it. read more

How they can consider themselves a "cleaning" service is beyond me. The cleaner showed up an hour late and communication was terrible. All she did was complain about working for Green Ladies. She assured me she would do a great job cleaning ... WRONG! The worst part is, I was quoted for 4 hours and she took 6... yes 6 hours for a house that had been cleaned a week prior. 6 hours to not wipe down the appliances, leave cat hair on our floor, not clean the fans, not wipe down light switches, etc. When I sent a complain email I got a call back from Linda who is obviously not the right pick to deal with customer services. She has no professionalism and has obviously never learned how to keep a company reputation in place and tend to the customer. Green Ladies Cleaning did an absolute phenomenal job! Truly appreciated it. The woman (I feel horrible I forgot her name) was SO nice and seriously did such a great job. I manage a few rental properties in Wisconsin and this was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and I was so very satisfied! I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products as well! After they got done cleaning, my rental home looked immaculate and smelled amazing! They are very easy to contact and book- and offer every option you would want (one time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). I hired them for a one time cleaning and will be rehiring for bi-weekly or on as as-needed basis when rental volume is high. read more

What a joke! I was charged for 6 hours... yes 6 of cleaning for our barely 2100 square foot home after I was quoted 4 hours. We had cleaned 4 days before cleaner showed up but she made comments after our complaint as if we never cleaned our home! The worst part was our home was not clean after she claims she was here that long! Cleaner showed up an hour late, was on her phone while cleaning. We hired before a baby shower and I ended up having to reclean ourselves. It was a total waste of money. After sending a complaint email, I received a call back to have Linda tell me about the cleaner's response. The cleaner lied about conversations had with us to save her butt, and the worst was the unprofessional he said she said crap, that as a customer I had to deal with. I was refunded 2 hours but was still charged a lot of money for a service that was terrible! We have had other cleaners in the past and will go back to them. The green products they use is not worth the hassle and money. read more
