This crew damaged the gutters and facia beyond repair....holes, dents, gutters tore away from roof. Bad. Unprotected stairs caked in ice...very hazardous. We kept trying to work with them and Nothing was getting addressed so we posted a yelp complaint THEN the owner, Tom Flynn, called us in a panic saying he just got back from his winter home in Florida and a bad yelp post "will kill me". He sent his brother, Rob, who agreed that the gutters and facia were abnormally beat. His office manager. Libby, also came to see the damage and agreed it was excessive. She made a point of saying the two employees responsible for the damage have been fired. Thoroughly saying they did the damage and Action Pros will take care of me if I pull the negative Yelp post. Tom Flynn offered to replace the gutters and not the facia. We asked if he could guarantee the facia will look better than it does now. Mr. Flynn got mad and said he would no longer fix anything for us. He said we would never be happy and we were not worth the expense. Wow. This is beyond "not right".
