I shall provide but just one example but happy to provide more than 20 actually. During the move, some handles were missing from a coveted bedside table and Ms. Rounds indicated that she never saw the handles - within 5 minutes, the mover found the handles in the truck!! I provide this example because every concern I expressed before, during and after the move was turned around to be MY fault. (sort of like the shut down is the democrats fault!!) TLC actually should stand for THE LYING CHEATS! My legal and financial folks arranged a compromise on the billing and I reluctantly paid these folks but I respectfully suggest that people do not DO NOT use this company which professes to provide a great service and it WOULD BE if it were not for the poor planning and outright lying!!! I should never have hired them - and when first confronted with these affronts should have fired them but alas - I did not and surely paid the price.

I was shocked at how fast the items arrived. We chose everything they recommended and are thrilled with how our room turned out. The one and only open house was not only poorly attended, THERE WAS NOBODY. Our selling agent took us to the house a few hours after the showing was over, and we were so impressed we put an offer in immediately. She blocked the sale, made such a stink at Remax that our selling agent HAD TO CHANGE JOBS, but we ultimately prevailed, and got the house. (There as no legal way to block us). Our selling agent told us Ms. Keeling wanted the house for herself. From an ethical standpoint, WHY WAS SHE THE LISTING AGENT, and even more curious, did she effect the selling price in this way?
