We had a very negative experience with Ms. Keeling, when she became listing agent of a house we later toured and decided to purchase. The one and only open house was not only poorly attended, THERE WAS NOBODY. Our selling agent took us to the house a few hours after the showing was over, and we were so impressed we put an offer in immediately. She blocked the sale, made such a stink at Remax that our selling agent HAD TO CHANGE JOBS, but we ultimately prevailed, and got the house. (There as no legal way to block us). Our selling agent told us Ms. Keeling wanted the house for herself. From an ethical standpoint, WHY WAS SHE THE LISTING AGENT, and even more curious, did she effect the selling price in this way? read more

If you are looking for a house in the Madison/Dane County area, Brooke and her team is amazing. We are first-time homebuyers so the entire experience was daunting. But Brooke made it simple. She set us up with a custom home search that sent me daily email alerts. And on one cold day in January, she sent me a personal email with a link to the listing for what would be our future house. The house was in a prime, downtown Madison neighborhood so we knew we had to act fast. Brooke came with us to the showing four days later and we put in an offer two hours after that (!). There is a terrible lack of communication within the office and with other vital points of contact within the home buying process.

BE LEARY! Shortly after listing FSBO, Keeling homes called and stated they had a buyer and wanted to show our house. Brooke arrived without a buyer (I'm not certain a buyer existed as there was no feedback given- they buyer was "out of town"). Brooke then reached out to offer how we could better position our house to sell. Over a series of 4 emails and 3 calls Brooke's team began a mysterious process of attempting to become our realtor (however never explicitly stating this request). I lost all trust for her team with through perverse conversations on how our price was either too high or low and they could help. I finally asked their team on the final call of what they were attempting to do, be my realtor?!?!? They wasted a lot of my time as I had many showings with real buyers. If you are FSBO, do not allow Keeling in your house without expecting a run around. This is a very unprofessional way to do business, and I hope this feedback helps them to change practice. read more
