She was extremely patient and helpful with us as we slowly investigated the many interesting properties in and around Madison. Eventually we found the right property for us and Judy skillfully negotiated a fair price while protecting our best interests as buyers. Throughout the buying process, Judy and her team made sure the home/well/radon/septic inspections were completed promptly and coordinated for any discovered defects to be resolved before escrow closed. We highly recommend Judy Kalscheur for your Wisconsin real estate needs. We are very happy with the manner in which she helped us find and buy our Wisconsin home. Judy is also an excellent choice if you're selling a property.

5 out of 5? We would say 10 out of 5 if it were possible! Barbie is a fantastic real estate…read moreprofessional. Our experience with her was remarkable. She treated us with grace, yet when it came to representing us and our needs, she presented with a masterful assuredness. We absolutely loved that about her and never felt during the whole process of the sale and buying of our homes that sense of being left out and having to 'figure it out' ourselves. We appreciated her transparency, consistency, and expertise, but most of all, in a selfish kind of way...we loved how Barbie always made us feel we were her only clients. That is truly someone who is a master of their craft! It's our hope that everyone can enjoy this 'Diamond Club Experience'!

We can't say enough good things about Barbie. We have had shaky experiences with realtors before,…read morebut working with Barbie was a pleasure. Throughout the process, Barbie was a real advocate for us, and made sure that our home was fairly priced for the neighborhood. Her pricing wasn't just based on a bunch of printouts. She had actually been in some of the houses that were used for comparison purposes. That was important, since just looking at square footage and number of bedrooms doesn't tell the whole story of what a house should be worth. Some realtors will just print off a bunch of MLS listings and that's it. That's not how Barbie operates. One of her greatest attributes is her ability to stage a house. She doesn't expect you to do it all. She's got a great eye for style and actually brings many items personally to the house for staging. She was able to look at some rooms differently, making them appeal to buyers in a way that we wouldn't have considered. An office turned into a nice children's bedroom. A "flex" room became a seating area with a craft table. All of her house prep advice was valuable and "on point." We consistently received feedback that the property was impressive from prospective buyers. She's also a tireless worker, available when we needed her. We didn't have to work through an assistant to get to her. She answers the phone or gets back to you quickly. She has people who can help with home repairs or installations, and those people respond to her very quickly. So the end result is that things get done. There isn't a lot of waiting around. Barbie also helped us find our new home. We gave her parameters for what we were looking for, and she took us to tour properties that matched the description. She didn't pressure us to buy something quickly just to make a buck. She listened to our concerns, and also gave us honest feedback on whether the properties we liked were quality, or lacking. We wouldn't have known about some of the shortcomings of the houses we toured. There was one property that we really liked, but didn't realize that the layout was detrimental to the resale value of the home. She could have closed a sale much earlier if she held back that information. That's what happened to us with another realtor. We recommend Barbie highly if you are looking for a new home, looking to sell your home, or both!
