Benita and my wife did a complete walkthrough of the home, where all the specifics were agreed upon. When the crew came through to do the work, many of the agreed-upon points were not done at all! In addition, elementary actions, such as lifting objects on shelves for dusting, cleaning up piles of hair and other floor debris in multiple rooms, wiping down visible drywall dust in several areas. I tried to do a cursory walkthrough (was in a virtual meeting at the time) when they said they were done and rushing out the door, but I did not pick up on the things that they had missed from the agreement (yes, that's on me!). My wife returned home shortly thereafter and within an hour of them leaving, called multiple times to get them to come back out. She tried to contact the business for several days thereafter, with no luck, though she did leave voicemails with details. After a week, the owner finally contacted her and said that too much time had passed and they would not be able to come out and rectify the situation for free. It would require another full payment. Her argument was that I had signed off on the work completed. While I agree I walked through the house, I do not have the eye for detail my wife does and we attempted almost immediately after the appointment to reach out to her and the team. So, after a week of going back and forth, the issues remained unresolved and we were out a large sum of money for a very poor cleaning job, that we ended up finishing on our own. I wish we had a better experience, as their team made us feel comfortable with their promises during the initial walk through. We really thought they sounded solid and reliable. However, we are very disappointed with the quality of work delivered and the follow-ups to our complaints. We normally do not write negative reviews, however we do want to let others know of our experience.

I sent several emails in regard to what I exactly needed done in my home and was very specific. I asked the owner if I should leave a list for the crew members so they could have it while they were at the house. The owner said that it wasn't necessary, and that he had communicated all my wants to the crew. Two days prior to the scheduled cleaning, I called and spoke with the owner and we reviewed everything to be sure it was correct, as I had made several additions to my original request. The crew arrived a little before 0900, which was within the time frame the website mentions. My father in law was at the home and he said that when the two crew members arrived, they stated they did not know what they had to clean. If that was the case, why wouldn't they reach out to their supervisor (the owner) to verify? Or, more importantly, why wasn't it communicated to them if they truly were not told? The owner assured me they had all my emails with my requests. The cleaning job was beyond awful. Soap scum on the showers, dirty walls, and it seemed as if they picked and chose which drawers and cabinets to clean inside of, as some were done and others were not even touched. A big request was to have my blinds cleaned in the home and the light fixtures cleaned.... literally NONE of them were touched, not even a little bit. They were at my house for three hours. Not quite sure what they did that entire time. I submitted photos to the owner, who, by the way, addressed me as "Sarah" in one of his email replies (my name is Samantha) to me, and he offered to come back out for free. No thanks. We agreed that I would not be paying for the "cleaning" job the crew did and left it at that. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company.

I hired this company to clean my solarium and to power wash the outer parts of the gutters on my…read morehome and garage. The workers came almost two hours late without a phone call. The man doing the power washing came onto my front porch (cleaning the front porch was not part of the estimate) and proceeded to power wash it, soaking a framed print that was on the wall. The print was of sentimental value as it had come from my previous home. I called the owner in tears and he told me that the worker told him that I asked him to power wash the front porch, WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I asked that the job be finished and that the workers leave ASAP. The owner hung up on me. I am a widow, new to the city of Madison. I have however owned several other homes in different locations over the past 40 years. Never have I been spoken to or treated this way by a business owner. Please do not consider using this unbelievable unprofessional company. UPDATE: Connor, the business owner, showed up in an indigent rage, demanding that I show him exactly what was damaged. I felt threatened, frightened and shocked at his angry attitude. He then demanded to know if I intended to pay him ( I never said that I wouldn't pay him). When I again asked that he and his workers finish the job and leave, he refused to step off of my porch. I literally had to get my phone and tell him that if he did not step back and stop shouting, I would need to call the police. He ran to the back of the house, rounded up his workers and leaving the the job half done with all of the screens left out of the windows. Again, I have owned, maintained and renovated four homes and have never had a problem like this before. Another update: this morning I discovered that glass in the the overhead light fixture on the front porch was broken by the power washer.
