My husband and I were very impressed with our total experience with Primavera. They are very professional in how they set you up as a new customer to sending the cleaning person with excellent equipment to use for cleaning. Our professional cleaner Ana was excellent. She was very friendly and wasn't afraid to use "elbow grease" to get every little crack clean. We were so impressed on how shiny and good smelling our house could actually be after Ana completed. We have more than one dog so we have a lot of "foot" traffic through the kitchen to the outdoors. I thought our floor had lost it's shiny luster but after Ana got done it has a shine again! I had a complete, first-time clean last week from Primavera and was so impressed and highly satisfied by the immaculate results, top to bottom. Ines came in and set to work immediately, not even wanting to chat. I was also impressed that Krisia, the owner, came over and looked at the house and gave me a written estimate so that I knew ahead of time what would be charged.
