They were able to give me a very reasonable quote over the phone based on the size of the house, how many bedrooms & bathrooms, and whether or not we had any pets. I asked how soon they could come since my house was in desperate need of some TLC. I was getting tired of the spills and food crusted on the table and floor in the kitchen. They squeezed me in the next day. The first cleaning they did was a one time "deep cleaning", which cost a little bit more than the standard bi-weekly rate and took longer than a normal cleaning. (All of which I knew and was discussed before they arrived.) I was thoroughly impressed with the work. They even cleaned out the fridge, cleaned all the blinds in the house, and even washed out my empty cookie jar that had been sitting on the counter with old crumbs in it. Since the main areas that need work are the common areas and bathrooms, I have them coming every 2 weeks and alternating between cleaning the whole house and cleaning everything except the bedrooms. Another positive about this company is also that they use green cleaning supplies. This wasn't as big as a deal to me as making sure they were thorough and detailed in their cleaning. My life is already so much easier since hiring them. They were very polite and easy to work with too.

I decided to give them a try, since the first several companies I contacted would not commit to a one-time cleaning job. I sent several emails in regard to what I exactly needed done in my home and was very specific. I asked the owner if I should leave a list for the crew members so they could have it while they were at the house. The owner said that it wasn't necessary, and that he had communicated all my wants to the crew. Two days prior to the scheduled cleaning, I called and spoke with the owner and we reviewed everything to be sure it was correct, as I had made several additions to my original request. The crew arrived a little before 0900, which was within the time frame the website mentions. My father in law was at the home and he said that when the two crew members arrived, they stated they did not know what they had to clean. If that was the case, why wouldn't they reach out to their supervisor (the owner) to verify? Or, more importantly, why wasn't it communicated to them if they truly were not told? The owner assured me they had all my emails with my requests. The cleaning job was beyond awful. Soap scum on the showers, dirty walls, and it seemed as if they picked and chose which drawers and cabinets to clean inside of, as some were done and others were not even touched. A big request was to have my blinds cleaned in the home and the light fixtures cleaned.... literally NONE of them were touched, not even a little bit. They were at my house for three hours. Not quite sure what they did that entire time. I submitted photos to the owner, who, by the way, addressed me as "Sarah" in one of his email replies (my name is Samantha) to me, and he offered to come back out for free. No thanks. We agreed that I would not be paying for the "cleaning" job the crew did and left it at that. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company.

My friend left after they were in, and shortly after they texted me that they were done, but that their phone was out of batteries so they couldn't send any pictures (but apparently it could make calls?). They then asked for more money that originally agreed to. Because I am too trusting of a person, I paid them via Venmo. A friend went by the house after and said the cleaning was hardly done and that they had missed two entire sections of the house - the carpeted attic and a basement room. He ended up vacuuming and cleaning the house again. I made a few mistakes here: first, not going with a Yelp guaranteed business, because now I cannot get my money back. Second, sending money without verifying what they did. I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all. Don't waste your money here! Go with a more reputable company.
