My friend left after they were in, and shortly after they texted me that they were done, but that their phone was out of batteries so they couldn't send any pictures (but apparently it could make calls?). They then asked for more money that originally agreed to. Because I am too trusting of a person, I paid them via Venmo. A friend went by the house after and said the cleaning was hardly done and that they had missed two entire sections of the house - the carpeted attic and a basement room. He ended up vacuuming and cleaning the house again. I made a few mistakes here: first, not going with a Yelp guaranteed business, because now I cannot get my money back. Second, sending money without verifying what they did. I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all. Don't waste your money here! Go with a more reputable company.

I gave her a tour of my house and pointed out things specifically I requested done. Dusting was one of them. As someone else mentioned, that wasn't done and she didn't disclose that to me. Oven, yes the inside is nice. The outside however, dirty. Never pulled out and cleaned the sides. Never cleaned the front of the fridge or the inside like I requested. Never cleaned the outside of the dishwasher or wiped the top of our island. didn't sweep or mop under the island. How do I know? There is a twist tie still under there. Didn't vacuum most rooms. There were still peices of stuff on the floor I picked up by hand after they left. Behind the bathroom sink faucet was still dirty. Not to mention mirror dirty still. I could have done all this myself but as a working mom, I thought maybe I could try having some help. I convinced my husband to let me hire her. Her assistant distracted me while she "finished up" and then she sold her pitch to me and I gave her a check and they were gone faster than I've ever seen anyone pull away. Meanwhile I gave them a tip for what I thought was good service. I learned to always check before paying. She even told me that she takes me around after to show what they did and if I needed more attention to something they would do it. like I said, she couldn't leave fast enough. This is a move out clean and I expected so much more than what I got. I overpaid and was taken advantage of. $475 for what I received is a rip off and I will be sure to discourage people from using this "business" as well. If I could give zero stars I would.

During the phone consult, Jennifer said she charged $50 an hour to do a full clean of a 2 BR at move-out. Jennifer's phone manner was not very professional. She wouldn't have mentioned the total fee unless I'd asked how many hours would be needed. She then said the $50 was for 2 people for 3-3.5 hours. Neither time I called did she answer the phone with her name or with the name of her business. I was shocked when she called me after 2 hours and said they were done. Let me tell you how bad the place looked when I came back to my apartment to pay them. What makes this hard to understand is that I am a generally neat person and that the apartment was not very dirty to start with. Here is a partial list of what was wrong: 1. The stainless steel kitchen sink was badly etched. They said they'd used acid. I'd never needed anything stronger than Scrubbing Bubbles to clean it. See pics. 2. One BA sink was also etched from the acid. 3. The inside of the kitchen cupboards had not been cleaned. The few crumbs I missed were still there. 4. The entire stove and range had not been touched, including the drip pans, the range top, under the top, the oven, and the fan hood. They made a weak effort to clean the hood after I started inspecting the apartment. 5. The main BA floor had not been swept nor mopped. Since I rarely used the other BA and it wasn't dirty to start, I can only assume that one hadn't been done either. 6. Top of the fridge; inside the freezer. 7. Under the appliances. 8. I'd left 2 rolls of TP and a box of Kleenex in the main BA for the next renters. These had been placed--soaking wet--in the cabinet under the sink in the hope I wouldn't notice they'd been dropped in the toilet. 9. LR ceiling fan To be fair--I could tell they had vacuumed the carpet. That was about it. I cannot say strongly enough to not use this company.
