I am extremely happy with the services I received. Alex was extremely professional and responsive. He arrived on time and did a great job with our carpets. The price for the service was also fair and a good value. If you're thinking about getting your carpets cleaned, don't hesitate to contact them. You won't regret it! read more

Alex is the best. He not only cleans carpets, he cares about his customer. His advice is spot-on. I know my domestic skills are sorrily lacking, but Alex's reminders of vacuum the number of days or people + pets means I run the vac almost constantly. My house looks and smells brand new when Alex is through! read more

I would highly recommend this company. Alex explained how they clean the carpets and get certain stains out. He pre-treated my carpets and every stain I had was gone. I couldn't believe it! The previous owners dogs had really done a number on these carpets! not only does my home look better, it smells very fresh as well, at a price below what I thought I'd have to pay. Alex was very professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I was very comfortable having him in my home. Again, I highly recommend this company. I'm so glad I found them. read more

Alex G. cleaned my carpet and three of my hand-knotted rugs. He did an amazing job on the carpet and rugs after the visit of my two, less than careful young grandsons. I cannot recommend Alex more highly. In fact, I have already recommended him to a good friend! Alex is professional, gracious, his work is effective and he is efficient. read more

Alex and his team did an amazing job. Our carpets look brand new! They were very responsive, sent helpful reminders and offered reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future. read more

I decide to hire Steam Plus. They were one of only 2 businesses that responded to my request, answered my questions with follow-up questions to make sure they understood what I wanted, and the owner even called me to nail everything down. Great experience so far. read more

Absolutely satisfied with the job Andrii performed. Alex, the owner of steam plus carpet and floors responded very quickly to our request, provided the best estimate and finished the job quickly and very professionally. I had a small stain on my carpet, and Andrii went over the area multiple times and removed the stain. Will certainly hire this company again in the future. I was going to leave a 5-star review because they responded quickly and did a great job. My issue is with payment. I tried to pay online, which for some reason doesn't work. I mailed a certified check to their address which they claimed to never receive. They persisted in contacting me, so I finally paid in cash. Now, I've paid twice for one service. read more

We are absolutely satisfied with the job Alex performed. He responded quickly to our request, gave us the best estimate and he finished the job quickly and professionally. We'll certainly hire him again when we need his services. read more

This was a first class experience! Alex handled wine, coffee, and dog stains on our white carpet and left it looking like new! I really thought we were going to have to replace our carpet due to the abuse it had taken. Alex used different cleaning agents for each stain & did an amazing job! He was also very friendly to our dog & helped my husband move the couch out of the living room. I highly recommend this business & we will be calling on them again! read more

I recently bought a new home and after a few searches on Yelp settled on Steam Plus or Zerorez. Steam Plus got back to me quickly with a reasonable quote and easy scheduling. When the day of the appointment came, Alex let us know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and got right to work. He and Charles were both extremely professional and kind. They did a thorough and efficient job and were done within about an hour! I couldn't believe how quickly they completed the job (4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 2 stairways, 1 great room). I was impressed with the quality of the work too - the carpet looked great. And they managed to remove the 1 stain that had been pestering me. I highly recommend Steam Plus - great service for a good price. read more

Needed quick pet remediation prior to some furniture delivery. Scheduled fast, did a thorough job.

Alex responded in a timely manner and completed the carpet cleaning within the allotted time in my new house. He did a great job with the cleaning! He is very knowledgeable about maintenance of carpets and gave me tips about how to care for it after the cleaning and the best vaccine vacuums to use to keep the carpets clean. read more

Sadly, he barely made a dent on both my stair runner and my couch. I did a better job with my Bissell spot cleaner. While there, I told him that the couch in particular was a special performance fabric and that when I threw the cushion covers in the wash, they always came out like new. I just needed someone to come and do the other parts of the upholstery periodically. His work made no difference and he advised me to wash the cushion covers in my own washing machine again. If I was going to do that, I wouldn't have paid for a service to come out! He also said he couldn't do much of anything with my carpet runner because it is a natural fiber. Before he came out, he had quoted me a price on (1) the stair runner, (2) the couch, and (3) taking a 9 x 12 area rug with him and cleaning and drying it. By the time he came, we had elected to just get rid of the rug. When he gave me the bill, he had charged me for all 3 jobs, even though he had only done two of them and, admittedly, not well. He said he only quoted me the price because he happened to have the time and what he was charging was his "minimum." I politely told him that this all feels very strange. He took $10 off the price. I really felt taken advantage of. It was disappointing. read more

They were able to get me in next day and they did a fabulous job on my couch. The communication was perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again. Very professional. read more

Just moved into a new home and the carpets were much worse then I thought. There was dog hair all over and my wife noticed her allergies bothering her more than normal. We checked Yelp and found these guys. We checked around and prices were on the lower end of the competition. Between the yelp reviews and the price we figured why not. We had an appointment time between 10 and 12. We got a call at 9:55 saying they were 20 minutes out and they arrived 20 minutes later. I pointed out some dirtier spots and showed the cleaner around, and he then went to work. We did 8 rooms on 3 floors plus 2 stairwells. It took about 2 hours. When it was all done I was very impressed. The cleaner took the time, after asking me first, to trim some paint off the carpets. You couldn't even notice it had been trimmed. The dog smell was gone and the carpets looked brighter. Very nice guy and extremely thorough in his work and is very open and clear about what he's doing. When the time comes again, I'll be calling back. read more

We just bought a house and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before moving in. I called and received estimates from several businesses before deciding to work with Alex and Steam Plus. He was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Moreover, most of our communication was via text, which was super helpful given I have two small children and sometimes talking on the phone is not an option. Alex arrived to our house in the afternoon on short notice. I was relieved I could leave with my kids, not needing to wait for him to finish. I felt safe with him in the home. Alex did a nice job on carpets that had a few stains and his prices are fair. I would recommend his services and will use Steam Plus again! read more

On time (early even), efficient and, the most important part, my carpets are now extremely clean! There were some spots that were so bad, I thought the carpet needed replacing, but now it looks almost new. Alex and his employee (his name escapes me now) had to get creative to get the hoses from their truck to my third floor apartment. They figured it out quickly and without any grumbling about going the extra step for me. Give Alex a call, you won't be disappointed! read more

Absolutely amazing service. So glad we tried these guys out, my fiancée and I were almost scared off professional carpet cleaning from a different certain palindrome company, and these guys absolutely made up for it! They were knowledgeable, explained to me things I didn't know about stain removers and odor destroyers, helped me know ahead of time what to expect, and best of all I saw a HUGE difference! A lot of the wear and tear I thought was permanent damage came right out! I will definitely be using this company again. read more

I've hired Alex 3 times in the past 19 months. The first two times were for a house we rented for 18 months. We had him clean the carpets when we moved in and moved out. I received my full deposit back, thanks partially to his skill in cleaning up our carpets from our two small children. We just bought a house and had him once again come in and clean the carpets. Alex is very friendly, professional and exceptionally skilled at knowing how to make carpets look and smell the way they should. His attention to detail and the reasonable cost are also big factors in our decision to re-hire him time after time. I would recommend Alex to anyone searching for a high quality carpet cleaning professional. read more

Alex and team were communicative, punctual and very efficient. Our carpet looked great and he gave us very clear instructions on timing and what to expect. We would hire them again! read more

Hadn't had the carpets cleaned since the pandemic started -- and they really needed it. Alex is our go-to carpet cleaner and he AGAIN did a terrific job -- on time, at a fair price, and professional throughout. I highly recommend him!! read more

I will only use Steam Plus for our carpets. Alex is always on time, is always kind, and always is conscientious with the work he does. There is NO awkward upselling like some of the carpet cleaning chains around town. We love Steam Plus! read more

We had an exceptional experience with Alex from Steam Plus. We had a "problem" chair that we inherited from a previous owner, but it came with a strange smell that we couldn't get rid of. Thanks to Alex, we can now walk through our living room without holding our noses. Alex was highly professional, took his job seriously, and answered all of my questions. I have friends who are real estate agents and will definitely be recommending Alex's company to them. All around, the experience surpassed my expectations. Plus -- he's an interesting person to talk to! read more

Alex is fantastic. Had our upstairs carpets, and main floor area rug and couch cleaned today and I am SO happy. I'm 38 weeks pregnant so I wanted the carpets extra clean for our new arrival. Very responsive and friendly, came over at a convenient time to look at our carpets for a quote. The cost was approximately half compared to another company that we used in the past. In addition to being less expensive, they did a much better job. We'll definitely be using Steam Plus in the future! read more

Alex was very responsive, timely, and reasonable. They did a great job, and I would definitely hire them again.

I had a really good experience with Steam Plus. I had purchased a vintage couch online and wanted to get it cleaned in my home. Alex was clear in explaining beforehand the limitations of cleaning velvet, and that no steam could be used without damaging the fabric. He was very upfront in warning me to limit my expectations, but I went ahead with the requested service anyway. Alex cleaned the couch with a gentle solvent, after explaining the process to me and agreeing to move forward. We were both so pleasantly surprised -- the cleaning made a big difference and the couch is much cleaner and brighter looking. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, and set realistic expectations (which the service exceeded). Communication was highly efficient and I thought the price reasonable. I would definitely recommend Steam Plus. read more

I was very pleased with the service and work done. Alex was really nice and explained what products he was using and was very friendly and polite. I have used him to clean my carpets, the carpets at my office, and I recommend him to all of my clients and friends. read more

Just fantastic service---Couldn't ask for anything more! Friendly, efficient, thorough---with the intended result: immaculately clean carpeting throughout the house. Alex could not have been friendlier and after explaining the process (Steam Comfort really does seem to have a state-of-the-art process and equipment), he immediately got to work and was done in an amazingly short time. The carpeting, which is of high quality but 13 years old, came out looking brand new! He even managed to get out two sizable stains we'd worked on for the past year with no success (using the best over-the-counter products). Just A+++ all the way around---can't think of even one minor thing to complain about! read more

Alex was referred to us by a friend and he will be referred by us to all of our friends! He is extremely professional, great personality and treats everyone as if they are a priority! He has gone above and beyond what we needed him for to make sure we were 110% satisfied with his work. Our dog had started marking our brand new carpets in our brand new house and this was horrifying! We tried renting a shampooer and cleaning it up, but it only made it smell worse. He has came and done an enzyme treatment that has gotten rid of the smell completely. We are having him come back to try out some of his other services because of how well they work! Nothing like a freshly steamed cleaned couch! Thank you Alex! read more

I recently (July 2020) had Steam Plus come in to clean my carpets. They were able to get me scheduled pretty quickly. They called to let me know day of, they could start a bit earlier, which never happens to me. They were professional, safe, very efficient, and delivered great results. Highly recommended. Thanks Steam Plus. read more

Alex provided excellent service and I will use his business again. He was able to work our appt in at the last minute with one day notice. He called 20 minutes before arriving just as others mentioned. He used his special light to see the pet stains so he could treat them. Our finished basement carpet was particularly smelly from pet urine from dogs and a cat that up until its recent passing experienced renal disease and distress. It has been a week since the cleaning and the cleaning has held up. That hasn't been true for several other carpet companies I've used. Alex did take time to explain all manner of the things he was doing but truthfully I don't really care but I appreciate the intent. read more

We had SteamPlus come to our new home before we moved in. I made the appointment way in advance, and Alex called to confirm the day before. They were on time, and everything went as he had told me it would on the phone. They did a great job, were accommodating to changing requests, explained the process & how the cleaning agents worked. They were professional yet personal. We really liked that this is a family owned and operated business, and that the owner himself was the one doing the job. You can be sure they will do a good job for you! read more
