    This is 1PM, so a midday arrival. Not in the middle of the night…read more Ok. They tell me they'll call me when they have a car for me. Instead I get an email telling me that my reservation had been canceled. So, without any warning I have to figure out how to get a rental car last minute for a business trip.

    Customer service at this location was very disappointing and unpleasant. I returned my rental car…read morearound 1:45 p.m., which was 15 minutes before the posted closing time of 2:00 p.m. I handed the keys to the employee, provided the vehicle's mileage, and opted for Avis's refueling service because I was in a hurry. The employee informed me that the car would not be checked in until the next business day and that I would be charged a late fee. She stated that because the vehicle needed to be refueled--and because she would have to do it herself--she would not check the car in, despite me having selected the refueling option. As a result, she refused to complete the return process, did not provide a receipt, and gave me no proof that the car was returned on time. I returned the car before closing, followed the required return procedure, and despite my efforts to comply with all policies, I now may have to dispute the late charges with Avis. The staff member was unprofessional and dismissive, and treated the situation as an inconvenience rather than following standard return procedures.

    They bit off more than they could chew with this airport…read more 1) Not enough area to sit when waiting prior to going through security. 2) Did not make an announcement loud enough stating that they do not accept electronic tickets. So I (and several others) had to leave the miserably slow security line to go back to the counter just to wait for someone to print off our tickets. While at the counter we had to wait 15 minutes to have someone meet us since they are highly understaffed here.When we did get back into the security line we realized that one of our tickets printed were for another person, not someone under our reservation so we had to go back again to the counter to get the correct ticket. 3) When we did get to the gate area we were welcomed with the fun news that 25 people (out of the 52 seats available on the plane) needed to volunteer (or get voluntold) to give up their seats due to weight restrictions. 4) security took 45 minutes to get through partially because people took forever to take their shoes off; partially because they do not have the ticket/ID checking apparatus in a convenient spot. Also, the gentleman who was checking the tickets/IDs were helping people get their bags situated. Yes, it was nice of him but it slowed down the entire security process. Our flight was initially scheduled to leave at 11:20 and at 1:15 we were FINALLY able to being boarding. For the most part the staff was pleasant and the facility is beautiful but they were highly unprepared to open this facility. They need more people working, better announcement system, and a better security line. The old AA flights out of the old building went without a hitch several years ago and I was very disappointed in how everything was handled today. I hope that they are able to get everything ironed out or they will loose a lot of customers.

    This terminal is so poorly designed,and so much wasted space. Can't view the passengers boarding…read morethe flight unless you go stand out in the weather. And you also after slipping on the ice covered ramp from the plane have to again wait for your bag outside in the cold, and windy weather. Who designed, and worse off approved this outdated terminal?
