They codeshare their flights; my flight from Denver, CO to Chadron, NE was codeshared with Frontier & United. When I asked to be seated in the front of the plane, I was given a "provisional" seat due to the fact that those seats are reserved for the other carriers. The gate said "No!" to my seating, and moved me back. The irony being, of course, is that no one was in those seats during the flight. And if they'd had an electronic system, they'd have known that in the first place. The flight attendant was good, and the personnel were friendly. But - and I know it's hard for a regional carrier like this - they need to upgrade their systems to continue to compete. Then again, maybe they don't care about that - it's not like there's too many carriers clambering to go to Chadron.

It was a full bus and people were sitting in seats in the aisle leaving open window seats for their bags. When other passengers got on they didn't move. One family had to put their child by himself a few rows up because no one bothered to give up their seat so that people could sit together. Also, this last ride to the airport was so cold that everyone, had their hoods up, hats/gloves on. Otherwise, It's an easy option and has worked out for us, so we will continue to use them.
