I visited Dr. Mei Ling often and she never let me leave until I felt better. So, sometime s I was there on her table for a long time. She would adjust the needles and set the vibrating clips up and checked on me frequently, sometimes her son would do massage but always afterwards her parents prepared a package for me before I left of the tea I was needed to drink. I remember a wall of wooden drawers behind them, they spoke no English but dutifully wrapped up what Dr Mei Ling prescribed. I had a deviated septum and got frequent sinus infections; nothing and I mean nothing helped except Dr. Mei Ling. She is extremely talented and genuinely wanted to do everything in her power for me to feel better. I have read her recent reviews and see she is still just a s authentic as I remember her to be. I was a little overwhelmed because I didn't know where to start, and honestly, I just wanted one of everything. But my pockets reminded me that I'm not carrying Queen funds, so I centered myself and zoned in on essential oils. I am having issues with spiders entering my new work vehicle somehow. It's brand new, so no food or anything to attract them. I read and heard that peppermint oil would help deter them. The store had plenty of peppermint oils, along with eucalyptus, lavender, lemon, etc. They sell the BeNatu brand at $19.99 for a 4oz glass bottle. You can get this exact brand/bottle/size at Wally World or Crimezon for $9.99, but I'd rather spend twice the money to support local. Before I left town, I went back and bought 4 more bottles. (SN: The oils absolutely helped. Haven't seen a spider inside the car for the past 2 weeks!) I love and prefer natural remedies, so the next time I'm in the Chi, I'll shop for more than just the essential oils. I didn't take any pictures inside the store because it felt a little rude to do so. But the staff was nice and offered warm smiles. They have many imported items, so naturally the inscriptions are in varying languages. If you have questions, just ask. If you're going into Chinatown, turn west on Cermak, and they are located about halfway down that block.
