Her holistic approach included a thorough assessment, her in-office treatment, nutritional guidance, and home exercises and stretches, plus massages at Kuma. It took a while (5 months), but the pain didn't develop overnight either and I am now 95-99% pain free. She knows that assigning too much means you won't do it, so all out-of-office assignments are reasonable and impactful. The entire team is outstanding - a great experience.

Getting older, these things tend to happen, but after a week of little to no improvement, I thought I would try something different, something I'd been meaning to try for years: acupuncture. I had heard good things about Palmgren Acupuncture, so I made an appointment. I am absolutely glad I did. Lynn is a skilled practitioner, but she is also an amazing listener who takes the time to evaluate your situation, injury, and needs, and explains thoroughly what plan of treatment she recommends. After a few sessions, I was sleeping through the night and back on the Peloton. I believe my strain, which could've taken weeks to heal, was noticeably better in a remarkably shortened period because of Lynn's treatment. I also, recently, had my first massage ever at Palmgren and Angelique, like Lynn, is not only very skilled, but is also someone who listens, evaluates, and does a great job explaining their methods and recommendations. As with the acupuncture, the massage left me feeling much better and significantly reduced my back pain. All in all, I could not be happier with my experience at Palmgren and I highly recommend their services.

Aligned on Jackson is simply AMAZING. From the moment I emailed inquiring about an appointment, to…read morethe 4th or 5th visit I just walked out of, my expectations have been far exceeded. This place recently opened next to my job, so I figured I'd give them a try. I've had costochondritis for about a year now, and have seen numerous chiropractors about lower back pain in the past. Dr. Hanson was very thorough in his assessment of my issues, and clearly laid out his plan of attack for long-term solutions. He took the time to explain the anatomy of why I was the feeling the way I did, something no chiropractor I'd seen before has. At previous offices, I was simply given adjustments and was sent on my merry way. Felt great afterward, sure, but my symptoms always came back. Aligned on Jackson provides a much more thorough and personable approach. After only a few visits with Dr. Hanson and Co., I'm feeling much better. Honestly, I had little hope to curb my costochondritis symptoms, but I've been pain free now for about 4 days for the first time in the longest time. Thanks, guys! I had my first massage today with Rob as well, and it was another great experience. He went above and beyond, even working past our allotted time simply because my neck and shoulders felt tight and wanted to alleviate the tension (it was supposed to be a lower back massage only). I don't know how, but he made a 30-minute massage feel like an hour. The fantastic treatment aside, I honestly cannot believe how friendly the staff is. It's like nobody is having a bad day, ever. If they are, you certainly wouldn't know it. Are they robots? Humans can't possibly be this friendly ALL THE TIME. If I were starting a small business, I would hire every one of these people -- unbelievable attitudes. Every appointment feels like an episode of Cheers. TL;DR... Aligned is a fantastic place to seek chiropractic care and massage treatment. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly welcoming.

I started here after I was flipped - over on my scooter. I had aches on my neck and back but was concerned with spine after falling. The team was able dissect my few incoherent words and pin-point what to target to get me back on track. Crystal- Is a Wonder Woman and makes the entire experience effortless. Crystal worked with my BCBS PPO insurance and quoted me prices before any service started so I knew what to expect. All the services were very affordable. Thank you Crystal for always accommodating my schedule and treating me and my scooter like family. Molly is a gem. We worked on DNS exercises which seem like simple movements but are challenging as heck. I am a visual learner so Molly was able to pause and demonstrate how each movement should occur and is exceptional at determining when a modification is needed. She is really passionate about developments and core muscles. And she always provides a nugget of knowledge regarding core exercises. Dr. Hanson is the gravy train of knowledge and full of chiropractic benefits. I had trouble expressing what aches and pains I have but Dr. Hanson is an exceptional listener, attentive and knew what questions to ask. He was able to summarize all my issues and work out a plan to get me feeling great and better than my normal state. Incredible! Rob is a super awesome. He found and eliminated every knot and I had many. Rob has a calming touch with kind energy which eased my anxiety. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the treatment is how much everyone seems to genuinely care.

She knows exactly where to focus her work on my body to create the best outcomes, lower pain and put my body back in functioning condition over the course of treatment sessions. She takes her time with patients and does a lot of soft tissue work, not just a fast "adjust, adjust" and you're done. During and after her treatments, I feel like I've been through a massage for my body and my spirit :) She's incredible at reading my body, seeing what the problem areas are even before I tell her, as well as reading my emotional state and providing guidance and comfort to treat that as well, as our emotional states often have a significant impact on our physical states. She not only councils me on mechanical issues in my body, but many other health areas as well.
