I partly blame myself for booking this appointment but the way I see it if you work there you should be able to do a decent fade...when it was freshly done it looked pretty wonky but I had a feeling asking to fix it wouldn't go over well or actually fix the problem so we left. Now fast forward to two days later and you canR REALLY see how bad it is. Lesson learned. I had to give them at least one star if I could have given them zero stars I would've. I want to point out first that I think this is only the third review I have ever given. With that being said, Catrina at Great Clips is the one who cut my hair, I rate this haircut as being one of my top three worst haircuts I have ever received. The product sale you are referring to was for $11.99 not $11, the products you claim you didn't get the discount for were $11.50 at their normal price so the discount didn't apply to them. (Would have been nice for them to say while I was in the shop asking why it was still pricey)When my co worker told you the Amazon products weren't guaranteed she was referring to the fact that Amazon's products may not be actual Paul Mitchell products or they could be expired where as ours are guaranteed authentic. Also you say you worked in customer service so you should understand that if someone comes back in complaining about your customer service you would want to know what you did wrong so you can fix the issue. Just a normal haircut place. Check in online which is nice. Everyone is really nice. Good with kids. I always get the same haircut and they save my preferences in the computer. Can get busy if you go at the wrong time with no online check-in. They have magazines to read while you wait and also sell a small selection of hair products. read more

I wasn't happy with my cut. They didn't give me a good fade and I ask if they could before I got there. My back of my head looks like a guy from Jack ass just did my hair. My sides where not even and it was off by a lot. One of them was like square and the other was a triangle? I used to go to the same barber but sadly she retired and if she saw this new hair cut I bet money she would come back from retirement. I don't give this place a good rating because I told the lady my head was hurting when she was cutting it and she ignore me. The machine was not sharp so it was pulling. I am so upset . I called to get it fix but they want to charge me for it? Why do me like that. After I was nice to them and didn't want to hurt their feelings for this bad cut. Gotta say it! Max is a phenom! He didn't assume, just because I'm old, that I wanted "an old lady" haircut. As a result, it's cute, sassy and youthful. I was so happy with my haircut that I forgot to ask for my senior discount, lol. I hadn't had my hair trimmed since the first of the year, before we moved to this area, so it was a shaggy mess. I've been dreading trying to find a new stylist because that is always "an adventure" with oneself as the guinea pig. So I had some time last week and just decided to take the plunge. I'm so glad I did. Just randomly got Max, with the cute blue hair. And so very happy I did. Everyone seemed very nice and while I waited my turn, all customers seemed happy with their results, as well, so I thought it was worth a try. This is a fantastic hairstyling shop. They are playful, skilled, and always create a fun experience. My three-year-old loves coming to see Ricardo for a princess haircut. My 13-year-old always feels like his haircuts are cutting edge and cool.No matter what they've done with my hair, I am incredibly happy. That is saying something because I have been unhappy with every stylist in the last eight years who isn't here. I have been going to various Great Clips for many years. The quality of cuts at this one is hands down the worst I have ever seen. My poor poor daughter's hair is just a mess now. Different lengths of hair, chunks missing out...it honestly looks like she did it to herself. We asked for her hair to be shoulder length and it is now a short bob disaster. I should have known better than to trust my family to a female barber with a flat top. Id demand my money back but I dont want to even bother ever setting foot in that horrible place again. Sometimes you just get lucky and find the right person. My hair is very important. I'm in my 30s, the hair is on its 30s and wondering if its going to be making it into the 40s so for me, its very important to find the right stylist. I was driving through and stopped here and found a gal with fancy pinkish red hair and thought her style looks pretty nice, she might know how to take care of my basic hair needs. I was very happy with my cut and couldn't believe that it was done as quickly as it was because she can carry a conversation and work well at the same time to help time pass without noticing; this is a skill as I have been to others who have had awesome personalities that I would want to come back for, but not the skill. Allison I believe was her name, I will be asking for her everytime from now on because my hair is important to me and I want it to not only last for a long time, but also look good. I refuse to pay a ton of money to get my haircut since I get it cut every 3 weeks. So price and convenience are the other two motivating factors other than how it looks. I have been to this specific location dozens of times and I have yet to leave disappointed. Justina and Jenna ALWAYS take care of me... and I will continue to put my trust in them. My kids love getting their hair done there too! I would highly recommend going here as not only is the price right, but the friendly staff, clean environment and easy online check-in are factors not to be overlooked!!! read more

There is one person here who is great at cutting hair. His name is Ricardo, he is super friendly, takes his time, is a stand up guy and can cut hair very well. I Just recently called to find out if he was working and what time they are open till. A lady named Margaret answered the phone and went on to absolutely shock me. I hope she was just having a bad day because she was extremely rude, unfriendly and disrespectful. I am not sure why she would be the person answering the phones but on top of her speaking to me so unkindly she hung up on me. I hope this was just someone having a bad day and that other people are treated better. read more

Seriously- have no idea why I went back to this place!! The first time I went with my kids, it was just OK. I went back last week because I just needed a quick trim and my ten year old wanted a cut. Both of us hate our hair! The lady who cut my daughter's hair - smelled like smoke and butchered her bangs! Her hair is crooked and not at all what I asked for! My hair is not nearly as bad, but far from good. I have had to have our hair cut again just to fix it! Ugh- I never post bad reviews but really, this place should be avoided unless you simply want a buzz cut- I bet even they can't mess that up! I recently moved to Windsor from Santa Rosa. I had been getting my hair trimmed by the manager at the Great Clips on Montgomery in Santa Rosa, but wanted to go somewhere closer to my new home. After reading the review posted on 2/20/2013, I requested Allison at the Windsor Great Clips - and I was not disappointed. She did a GREAT job trimming my my hair yesterday.
