Seats have been removed and social distance areas at the lobby and between the chairs. I went here and I told the lady to give me a low fade and not cut the top at all, even pointed it out for her where not to cut AT ALL. Immediately went up the whole side of my head through the top and cut through the hair I told her not to. Felt like I was just another number to her and she just wanted my haircut to be over with so she could do the next person just as dirty as she did me. Went in and staff was friendly and helpful. I was sat immediately and Aida was attentive to detail and listened carefully to the professional look I was going for. This was the absolute WORST haircut I've ever had! And I've been to Supercuts! The problem there was that they did not cut my hair, only "reshape" and "style" it, leaving me with an uneven, unprofessional mess. "Great" Clips has the exact same problem. I checked in online (It's bizarre enough that they don't take appointments, now I know why! No one wants to go back!) and got a girl who called herself "Jonna" (maybe "Shawna"?). I asked for an inch off the top, buzz the back and sides with the longest attachment. She started with the buzzer - which should have been the first warning. With the buzzer, she BARELY grazed my hairline and left the back and sides way too long. Then, when she finally went to scissors, she only took off about 1/2 inch, and only in tiny "bunches" around my head. It's as if she doesn't understand that you need to re-comb and cut in overlapping segments to maintain a consistent length. (And she sure took long enough to not actually remove any hair!) No matter how much I asked for her to go shorter, she just would not cut my hair - she kept doing the same thing: take a tiny bit off of random "bunches"! To top it all off, they were having a "deal" where if you come back in 2 months, they'll give you a cut for $10. What a deal! Pay $20 so you can not my hair, guaranteeing I'll have to come back once it's back to the same length a month later, and pay another $10 for you to not cut my hair again! Ultimately, I had to leave and cut the top myself, so now it's too short. I might go back later and ask for someone else to fix the back and sides, but I honestly don't trust them. read more

Even though I did the online check in for my youngest daughter, the person who 'greeted' us took five minutes retaking our information. Which was strange because my daughters name was right on the screen as we walked in the door. The 'greeter' was chomping gum and continued to chomp gum as she proceeded to do a quick trim on my daughters hair. Me and my sister were in need of a haircut, so we made an appointment at Great clips online. To start you waited outside for your appointment, which is usually just fine, but the staff gave confusing directions and didn't directly tell you what you needed to do. They called me in before my sister, which again was perfectly fine. I was only getting a short trim so it did not take long. But during the haircut, my stylist was talking to another employee about work related stuff and what i assumed was their superior. After my haircut they tried to sell me special hair product, marketing it by saying that my well water has been destroying my hair. This I blow off because I know it is their job to sell hair products. After my sister was done, we were talking together and she was telling me about how her haircut went. She was getting the same as me, a short trim. She told me that her stylist didn't even hold her hair, just cut it off without care. Having said all of that, I would probably still go back to Great Clips just for prices and convenience. Everything really depends on who is working at the tome of your appointment. read more

I was there today an after knowing all the staff an them knowing my face after 2 years I have never felt disrespect like this ever.
