Since I was in the process of moving, it wasn't feasible for me to come back in right away, but I was hoping we could discuss an alternative solution once I got settled or explore some form of help given I wouldn't have the time to come in right away. Instead, I was sent a link to purchase a gray touch-up stick from the salon. That response was disappointing and, in my opinion, not reflective of a professional resolution to a service concern. Clear consultation, and follow-through are essential in this industry, especially when it comes to gray coverage, which requires intention and attention to detail. If something cannot be fully achieved during an appointment, it should be communicated transparently with realistic expectations and options discussed in advance. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to refine consultation practices and client care. Growth comes from listening and improving, not from becoming defensive, rude, or passive-aggressive.
