Lissette did a great trim and more importantly taught me how to manage my curls. Even my husband noticed how beautiful the curls were. Wow. Better still, this morning when I got up to sleep tossed hair I did all the tricks Lissette taught me and was ready for the day...no frizzies, no need to pull it into a pony tell to hide the mess. Just perfect curls and beautiful shine. The Fringe Hair Lounge is welcoming, very clean and everyone is warm and welcoming. I asked for a Carmel balayage with the photo reference and was given a MUCH LIGHTER blonde that did not suit me. I messaged her after kindly and no response was given since June. After spending 300 and tip, I had to spend another 30$ on hair dye at Sally's so I felt happy with my college graduation photos. Yami You we're my girl!! I was so sad you never responded or cared to approach the problem. I was very understanding and even mentioned that I sadly did not have confidence with the blonde. Now I'm forced to continuously re-dye my stripped hair...

My color is always spot on, and she knows I'm picky about how my hair lays. I like a lived-in look that requires minimal styling, and she gets exactly what I mean. I also love that her approach gives me the ability to do a high-maintenance service while keeping it low maintenance between visits. My hair grows out well and still looks good until I can get back into her chair. The salon is conveniently located without having to sit in traffic to get to Murrieta or Temecula, which is a huge plus. I'm glad I finally found someone who gets what I need since relocating from OC. Highly recommend!
