Tina at Hair FX Salon is the best!!! I went in the salon in tears over a bad dye job. Half of my hair was orange, half was grey and it was awful. I thought it was hopeless. Not only did she blend it beautifully but she listened to my woes and suggested a new cut which I love. read more

As you drive through Hemet, you weave in and out of areas that look like run down trailer trash to newer areas of strip malls. The location of Hair FX kind of falls somewhere in between, but please don't let that deter you. You have to look out for it and know the address, otherwise you'll totally miss it. Had a certificate for haircut & style, manicure and pedicure for $30 (Yes, I know! ALL of that for $30!) from www.pedeals.com. You might think, well, how good can a $30 haircut and all that be? Zachary did the chop chopping and gave one of the best haircuts ever! He's very nice and engages you in just the right amount of conversation. Ladies, have you ever gone to one of those nail places and gotten a 2 second hand or foot massage? Yep, me too. Zachary does manis and pedis as well, and does not scrimp on the massage. Sometimes after a long week, that's the best part. If you're in Hemet, Beaumont, Banning, Riverside, Redlands, Yucaipa or really anywhere in the IE, you're not that far from a great, yet hidden salon experience. read more

Hemet is not very well known for its luxury salons, but don't be fooled! This place is amazing. Lets start with the talent. Sonia normally cuts me and my mothers hair (she also dyes my mothers) she does a phenomenal job every time! She's modern and up to date with her styling, which I feel is lacking in some salons. Next, the pricing. The prices at this salon are amazing. You pay way more at other places and get way less. I used to go to an Aveda salon, it was a great salon, but expensive. Hair FX is much more forgiving on the pricing. Last, the service. The staff is incredible, I've heard many great things about Zachary, although he's never actually cut my hair personally. Everyone is really friendly, upbeat, and does an amazing job. The salon itself is not jaw dropping, but clean, modern, and very comfortable. A FANTASTIC hidden gem in Hemet! read more

I chose this salon based on previous Yelp reviews, and I am so glad I did! Zack did a very professional job on my hair...I had a cut and partial weave and I am very pleased with the way he listened to my concerns and requests. He is friendly and personable as well. Came here for the first time and I will definitely be back!!! Mario was our stylist and he was super friendly, very knowledgable, and he styled our hair beautifully!!! We got compliments all night. The salon itself is kind of hidden away in one of those corporate buildings that have all different businesses but inside it is very clean and professional. And the price is what earns them all five stars. My hair is very thick wavy,and extremely long( touches my butt). I asked if he could straighten it. Most stylists would charge more for having to do the extra work because believe me straighting my hair is no easy task but not only did he not charge extra but even gave us a discount because there was two of us. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!!!!! read more

Just got my hair cut by Zachary. He did a phenomenal job. My main fear when trying a new salon is that my hair will look choppy or the stylist will cut too much off, but this was not the case here. I walked out with perfect looking locks and exactly what i wanted. The environment is clean, warm and friendly. The products he used in my hair feel amazing and i walked out feeling like i just hit the jackpot. I would deff recommend him to anyone. read more

The Hair Fx Salon is nicely decorated, and is always clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. I usually book my appointments with Zach, and he is fantastic! He always listens to what I'd like have done (even if I'm not really explaning it right, or making much sense). I've never been disappointed with any service. Sonia at Hair FX is a great stylist as well as a colorist. Just moving into the area and wanted someone that is excellent at both. done ever go here!! i got a haircut and color. i had a wedding to go to on saturday and boy did the idiot ruin my hair. omg i am so pissed off.. i had to go to sallys and get a bottle of dye and color it myself. i wanted a trim and she butchered it. i know hair grows back but camon right before a wedding... please dont go here. they also charm ed me an arm and leg and my first born child. rip off!!!!!!!!!! read more

I can't say enough about how amazing Zack is!! He did my hair EXACTLY how I wanted and pictured it. He can add me as one more client, a very happy one at that. And all the work he put into my hair (and it's pretty long!) the price was way lower then I expected. I've paid way more for my hair and haven't come out nearly as happy and satisfied as I did here. I'm so glad I found someone who knows how to do my hair the way I want it. Highly recommended!! read more

I went to Hair FX salon to get a weave and haircut from Sonja. She did the most fantastic job on my hair that I have ever had! I've always hated trying to find a stylist, because most of the time, they don't give you what you asked for. Sonja listened to me and did exactly what I asked her to do. I love this place. Sonja is AMAZING! She has been doing my hair for years. I like to change my hair often and Sonja advises me on what colors/styles would work best on my hair. Whether I go in for a touch up or a complete change, I always leave happy! The shop is clean, everyone is super-friendly and prices are competitive. Love this salon! I had a total hair emergency after going to some other salon and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. Mario did an amazing job fixing my hair and he has gained a new client for life! Pricing was great and the shop was very clean and comfortable.
