Honestly, the BEST hair salon that I have ever been to. My girlfriend and I have been coming here since it opened and have never gotten a bad haircut since. It is hard to come across a salon that has the consistency of always having amazing haircuts and the customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Violetta (The stylist) takes her time with each haircut and makes sure that it's perfect or until you're satisfied with it. I highly suggest that you come here and check it out because if you're not then, you're just missing out!! #trust Make sure you check in and write a review if you love it because you get discounts for it! read more

First time here! Not very inviting, you girls need to be more welcoming to your customers. $35 for only split ends? Ridiculous, I will not be coming back! Location is good! Salon is very nice.. but...not worth it! I been looking for a salon I can come as a repeat customer but honestly from start to finish... did not like it at all! I don't have anything else to say... read more

Hair Down Studio - Waiting area - Hair Stylists Near Me - Hemet, California

I had my hair done here. The quality was great. The price was fair. The vibe was relaxing and you feel like you are being pampered.

We scheduled an appt for my 84 year old grandmother to get her hair cut and arrived 5 min early. We waited 25 min and Violeta still wasn't there. I understand there can be traffic but to make an 80+ year old wait an half hour is just rude. We will not be coming back. read more

Violeta Is exceptional not once have I ever seen her do a halfway job. With the most delicate hands in the most sweetest tone of expression. She's not just pleasant she is talented my hair came in like a disaster and she was four hours straight skipping her lunch and everything just to get to my desired color by the way at last minute. She doesn't just do hair she makes women feel empowered I'm confident.I am an actual customer and I am not a person that gets paid to do reviews or what not I do not work for the location, I'm just truly a very satisfied customer. Honestly I don't even feel like a customer when I'm there I feel like read more

I'm a pretty patient person when it comes to getting my hair done, even if it is just a pixie cut, but I started asking studios around late in the day so I felt I wouldn't have a lot of luck. They took me in because of a last-minute cancellation, and kept the studio open later to let my hairstylist Matt get it exactly how I wanted it. he explained everything he was doing, held great conversations that didn't make me feel nervous or worried about what he was doing to my head of hair, and everyone's attitude was absolutely delightful. A bit more expensive than an average walking hair salon, but you won't be getting an average haircut with this place so it's worth it!!! read more

Wow! I left this hair salon super impressed. I arrived with long hair almost to my waist and was looking to do something new! Violeta was amazing, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it because usually hairdressers never listen to you and cut your hair how they want to but she listened and I am so happy! I totally recommend her salon and she does amazing work! I totally recommend her! read more

Came down to get a Keratin treatment but was very unsure between the difference between that and the Brazilian. The assistant was super helpful and very informative, encouraged me that the keratin was a nice treatment for your hair. Violetta was very nice and did my hair beautifully. Hair feels super nice and silky compared to my natural hair read more

Violeta always does amazing work! She'll make sure you leave looking your best! The overall service here is great!

Called them days before to schedule an appointment. Showed up to my appointment and was told they couldn't help me because they "forgot" to schedule my appointment. Super disappointed. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend. Save your money. Go somewhere else.. read more

I just showed up on Sunday and asked about a haircut. Violeta's son greeted me and I got immediate service. I really enjoyed the entire experience and left feeling lovely. I've been to many different stylists over many years in many places. This was definitely among the absolute best. I'll certainly be coming back. read more
