Amanda was so great! She was super friendly and took my opinions into consideration. While taking my opinions into consideration she took the time to explain to me what the after math would be like before she started cutting. She was a great help while I was trying to decide how short to cut my hair. She was patient with my indecisiveness and I didn't feel rushed. I always check in online before leaving the house. Usually ~5mins wait on a weekend for me. They do a great job and can be fun to talk to.

Definitely not the place you want to go too for a trendy cut and style. Your basic Hair shop chain that really is just that.. BASIC. I bring my kids for a TRIM. Nothing more or less. Since they haven't messed up that simple cut and they are pretty cheap, we'll keep coming back. read more

My son and I did a walk in. One customer was getting a haircut no other customers. One stylist available but my son was told he had to wait because of customers who called in appointment. My son's haircut would have taken little time. If appointment time is set and customer is not there, then I think walk in customer should be helped. Get with it. read more

GreatClips provided a shockingly horrible experience today. After checking in online, I arrived at the shop in just under an hour. Upon entering, I was asked if I logged in online. I confirmed that I did. Their representative invited me to have a seat. After waiting 5 minutes, a clerk asked me for my name so that she could check me in. I informed their representative that I had logged in online. She replied that after an hour the check in expires, and I will have to check in again. It expired while I was waiting, after they invited me to sit and wait. Upon checking me in, again, placing me at the end of the line, I was informed that they would get to me in about 20 minutes. The first time I took my son his hair came out HORRIBLE super choppy. I tried to work with it but it just looked so bad. I ended up calling them to see if I could have it fixed... So the manager fixes it... So I didn't go for months becauee i didn't trust the place anymore but then I was thinking well maybe it was just that lady who messed up so I take my son again NOPE! Different lady same scrappy hair cut! I'm never taking my son here again. Is rather pay double for a nice hair cut then cheaper for a choppy ugly hair cut. Worst service of my life. I waited over two hours for a simple cut that I checked in and hour before with 4 people that came after me getting there cut done before me. Came in waited 15mins, not the problem... I told the girl, do not remember her name, I wanted my boys hair a 2 on the side and finger length cut on top with scissors. Even after my oldest got done I told her not to cut my other sons hair that short. As she cut it got shorter and shorter even after I told her please stop going to short. Horrible. I took both my boys here today. The oldest went first and the girl who cut his hair did great. I showed her the picture of what we wanted and she did it. I should have just waited for her to do my second son's hair because the girl who cut his started out arguing with me that it couldn't be done (when the other lady had already done it) but then she completely butchered my sons hair. She basically shaved his head. What little hair she left is uneven and sloppy. I can't even get it fixed, as there isn't enough left. She was generally rude, and dismissive of our style request and even my two year old was staring at her aghast at what she did to his hair. read more

Went in on a Friday was help rather quickly considering I had no appointment. Did not have a clue what I wanted, all I knew is I wanted short hair, the girl who helped me was pretty patient, cut it rather quickly and I was on my way. After washing and styling it I was not happy with the cut at all. Called the next morning (I had a wedding to go to) Mary answered and told me to come in, went in and she helped me right away, she cut and styled my hair and recommended some products. The place is hit and miss with ladies who know how to cut hair. Sometimes you luck out and get a decent haircut and other times you might end up with an inexperienced stylist. I unfortunately had a girl named "Rosa" cut my hair and it turned out bad. I don't get how someone could mess up a simple fade. I called to ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and I got Haley. Nice girl but not the brightest. I explained my problem and automatically she told a nearby stylist that I wanted a discount and a free haircut. I never asked for this. She proceeded to try and get me to come in and get it fixed, but at this point all I wanted was a simple sorry and yeah will take care of it. On top of everything I tipped this Rosa girl well. I figured maybe bad day and maybe just a rough morning. Turns out my hair got the rough treatment because she can't keep her emotions in check. Listening is extremely important when it comes to cutting hair. Specially when anyone ask for a 3/4 cut only and she goes way too far and cut it way too short. Not happy but at least hair grows. I brought my daughter in for a trim. Her hair was almost to her waist. I asked the lady for it to go mid back. She had no idea how to cut hair. She wet the ends and started cutting. Didn't section it off or wet the entire head. It was so bad another lady had to try to fix it. When they were done my daughters hair was shoulder length. But hey they offered me $2 off. When I got there, I was disregarded. I had already checked in. Other people came after me and they were served first even though they had checked in and arrived AFTER me. I let them know that I had already checked in before, yet they took me after the people who came long after I did. They need to pay better attention to who shows up when, especially those who have checked in. There's a reason why we do the check-ins online. Disrespectful and rude, Alexis in particular. Very disappointed today. I walked in to have my son get his hair cut. I told the lady I wanted a hard part like he has always gotten. She told me it would be an additional $3 making his haircut the cost of an adult hair cut. Sooooo stupid!!! The WORST haircut I have ever gotten in my life. The only reason why I gave it one star is because the wait time was about two minutes. The guy that cut my hair his name was Brody. He totally butchered my hair. I went in with long, thick hair with long layers, and I left with choppy, stringy, unblended hair. All i asked for was a trim on my layers, to keep the length (1/2 inch off of the bottom) and a trim on my long side swept bangs. He completely disregarded everything I asked for. He Did his own emo-style haircut on me. He left my hair looking like a bobbed mullet with a ducktail. He did not put de-tangler in my hair. He was completely ripping my hair trying to get the tangles out. He hooked his comb on my earring and preceded to pull hard after I told him I had a piercing there. He was also trying to tell a different client (who had a different stylist working on her hair), how it should be cut. His vision and ideas are the worst. He kept pushing for the cut he thought would look good on people even after they told him they didn't need his help. If I could get him fired, I would. It seems as though he has ZERO training in cutting hair. My hair used to be at my waist, now I have to wait for it to grow back and even out. It'll take at least two years to undo the damage he caused. And Brody, if you are reading this, I hate hate hate my hair. YOU SUCK. Please do us all a favor and put the scissors down. I wouldn't even hire you to trim my outdoor plants. read more

Took my 2 boys in to get haircuts- my oldest son looks great, no issues there. However my 2 yr old....he had long surfer hair touching his shoulders. I said I wanted it trimmed up- but left longer, I don't like the "v" shape at the back of his neck to show (its off center). Showed the stylist Jessica a picture and explained it to her. At first she was doing ok- I thought. Then she got it shorter than I asked. I thought "hey its ok- will grow fast" but she left it very wet and I didn't realize until I got home that one side was far shorter than the other, at least an inch shorter. Then around his right ear there are 2 nearly bald spots. Now my 2 yr old sat perfectly still- hes very shy, had he been bouncing around I could understand the mistakes, but nope, like a statue!! I called and they said they would fix it, however I didn't feel safe to let anybody touch it again and I didn't want it any shorter!!!! He lost at least 3-4" and on a 2 yr old- thats a lot!! So I went back in and asked for a refund- they refused!!! Said they would fix it and give me a free haircut in the future- yeah right, like I'll ever step foot in there again. The manager kept saying she could fix it without taking too much more off- however bald spots?? the only way to get rid of those is shave it all! I trimmed it as even as I could- his "v" hairline is showing and spent many hours crying. So much for holiday family pics this year!! Thanks for ruining that for me! I ask for a trim and show you a pic- and it looks like my 6yr old cut his hair!! So much for professionalism....at the very least you could have refunded my $15 for the hack job. read more
