I have not let anyone touch my hair let alone cut it in many years.So you can imagine my fears and concerns.So it goes,i was late for my appointment by 17 minutes and i thought"i got bumped,i'll have to reschedule."To my suprise and delight she was patiently waiting and welcomed me with a big smile and made me smile. (Oh'and never mentioned how late i was;) that was nice, as if i did nothing wrong. I can't begin to say how awesome Melissa is! I've always been weird about people doing my hair but she is amazing. She is so welcoming and just lets out the most positive vibes. She was so great that I decided to take my sister to Melissa. Now my sister has down syndrome and has a hard time in unfamiliar places. It was amazing to me how well she clicked with my sister. Love, love, love my cut and color. Took my daughter in for a cut, and she adores it. Gorgeous pixie cut. So I made an appointment for myself. I told Melissa that I wanted to go short add some color, and that she could choose the style and color she thought would look best on me. Well, she delivered! The end result is beautiful! I've been bouncing around the Big Box hair salons for about a year because my regular stylist moved out of the area. My last couple haircuts had been real hatchet jobs. This is an amazing place to get your hair done. Martina is one of the stylist. She has great ideas and listens to the client. Some hairstylist forget to do that. Not here though. I've had my hair and makeup done by Martina in the past and presently. She is so awesome to be around. You will feel comfortable. She also knows what she's doing.
