This man came in front door and sat down as he had appointment in line behind me and he was called upon to chair 5 minutes after sitting down and i was still waiting while other was allowed to skip line ahead of me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! If I Could give negative stars, I would. I went in for a haircut today and the girl chopped off all my hair. I am beside myself right now. I went in with my hair halfway down my butt. I originally asked for 6 inches cut off and when she showed me how much 6 inches would be, I said only do 5 inches. She even laughed and made the comment "6 was too much for you" and i said yes and that Ive been growing my hair out for years. She cut almost a foot of my hair off. My hair is about 4 inches below shoulder left now. My hair grows very slow and it has taken me almost 8 years to get my hair this long. I also had some health problems 2 years ago and lost almost half my hair, so my hair is very thin now. My long hair makes me feel like i have more hair than I do. But now it's all gone and I feel horrible. I should've listened to the few other reviews that had the same issue with their hair being cut way shorter than they asked. I'm not sure what the stylists name was, but is thin with long platinum blonde hair. You would think with her having long hair, she would understand how important long hair is to people. She even had the audacity to still make me pay. I will be calling to speak with a manager when they are in and I will also be calling corporate. She needs to be fired. read more

Took my two kids here for haircuts. One and only plus is you can sign in online ahead of time to decrease wait times. Other than that, I can't say much that is positive. Both girls had haircuts that were crooked, not blended, and probably took less than 15 minutes. To add insult to injury it was a 20.00 haircut each! Extremely irritated. We didn't have an appointment so we did a walk-in. The hair cut was for my grandmother so it was a 40min wait which we were fine with. My patience started growing thin when there were two available stylist to cut hair and we were the only customers waiting. They disappeared for a bit & came back. They finally call my grandmother who wanted a specific hair cut done (straight out of their book) and she ended up having to wait 5-10 more minutes for the only person who was ACTUALLY with a customer to cut hers!!! I appreciate that the lady said she doesn't trust herself cutting her hair but that just tells me that she needs to go back to school. Customers started strolling in and the lady who was initially going to cut my grandmothers hair, took on another customer, THEN proceeds to tell my grandmother to move to another chair. At that point I asked if someone will be taking care of her because it's now been more then a 40min wait. This is not the place for us....Never again. The beautiful Asian lady with the long hair who cut our hair (I forgot her name, it's been a few months).. I always had my hair long, but hahaha I tried a YouTube video to layer my hair/DIY... (what was I thinking), it came out looking like... oh well. she recommended that I chopped off my long hair down to shoulder length. I panicked but it was the best decision ever. Have been to this Great Clips location a few times now. The staff and manager are very friendly -- you can tell they have a positive vibe and culture there. And gotta give respect to Viet -- he cuts my hair great. You can tell that he wants you to come back in the future, as he asks you about what you want and displays genuine care with how he's cutting your hair. I originally thought it was a good cut, but after getting home and washing off the layers and layers of gel, I see that one side of my son's bang was too short. It was also unevenly layered around the whole head. I'm seriously so tired of these "cheap" salons. The staff are always no experienced/untrained (straight out of school) or unhirable by good professional salons. It also didn't help that she, Christina(?), was yawning the whole time so rudely and joking about how she was so glad she didn't have to use clippers. But apparently she couldn't use scissors. Today he went in because it was time for a hair cut and who ever did his hair definitely either did not listen to what he wanted or did her own things. Was denied service for not wearing a mask. Apparently, the people here don't care about the safety of their customers. As an asthmatic I am unable to wear a mask as it further restricts my ability to breathe. Also, none of the employees were wearing masks capable of stopping the COVID virus. I go in for my typical medium fade half inch off the top and what I get is a stylist that takes forever, doesn't know what she is doing , constantly asking others how do i fix that, and another stylist kept repeating how I shouldn't have come in with a hat while complaining how drunk she got last night. Now I have a high and stupid on my head and will be wearing a hat for the next 2-4 weeks. If you don't know the haircut let the person know about it. If you are uncomfortable with the customers hair state of being ask to wash it.
