I had stopped at another salon first and couldn't wait any longer, so I called Crystal's Nails and was relieved they had no wait! when I arrived, I was greeted warmly and seated right away. Cindy helped me with an acrylic removal, and she was incredibly professional, friendly, and gentle, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and taking her time with each nail. She even made sure my natural nails were neatly filed so everything looked clean afterward. The service was quick, affordable, and stress free, and the level of care I received really stood out. The place was clean and spacious and every seemed really nice. For the service it was only $20 and I tipped her $15. With such great customer service and attention to detail, I'll definitely be coming back, especially to Cindy. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! read more

i've been coming to Crystal nails and spa for over five years and within the past couple years I started using Nani as my nail tech and she is wonderful. She does an awesome job on my nails. They always last a very, very long time. Very good quality. I use buildable gel for my nails and it is the most long lasting gel out there in my experience. Everyone is great at the nail place. Not a fan of my removal service or of the cleanliness of the place. When I sat down to get my nails removed, it was a last-minute request which was fulfilled as the shop was empty. The tools used to remove my gel or definitely not clean and I had concerns. I was also nicked more than once and was bleeding. read more

My tech knew what she was doing! I wanted short oval dip nails and gave her a reference pic from an ASMR video I had seen- she matched it PERFECTLY with no pain at all. Absolutely love my Melanin/Nude/Reece's nails I was immediately greeted and sat right away - total time for a fill was 45mins (including fixing FIVE broken nails ). Cindy did an excellent job of shaping my nails with extra attention to detail. She was polite, and very careful while polishing the mail bed around the cuticle. I always get extra anxious whenever that super sharp file comes out - but with her you don't have to be on edge LOL I will absolutely be back again! read more

Paid for the deluxe pedi. Worse pedi ever. The salon was slow and tech was rushed more worried about charging there phone then providing a pedicure. Heels are a super dry 2 days after. During checking out staff was rude and upset I gave tip in cash. They also charge a fee atm/credit usage. read more

Went here last minute for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. My pedicure went well. My dip manicure was terrible. The nail tech first started out trying to remove my dip with a nail tip instead of soaking off the dip. I requested to soak off the dip so my nails wouldn't ruin, so she soaked them instead. She ripped off one of my nails by using a tool on way too high of a setting, which made me want to immediately walk out. After all that, it still took the tech a very long time to do a dip set with no designs! I had to reshape a couple of my nails when I got home because I didn't want to spend any more time there. Definitely will not be returning. Update: it hasn't even been a week and I have two cracked nails and one that completely broke off. This place obviously needs to hire better technicians. My nails should not be cracking/ breaking five days after getting them done!! read more

This is literally the worst salon experience I've ever had. I've been to many salons, but nothing like this has ever happened to me. Some of the employees here are clearly untrained and I definitely question the authenticity of their licenses. I came in for a polygel removal, something I could have done at home, but I didn't have the proper tools to file it down, so I decided to come here. To my surprise, the technician used another nail tip to rip off the product, which ended up damaging my natural nails. Not only did she tear off the tips of my nails, but I had been growing them out for months. The whole process was unprofessional, and the technician even tried to reassure me that she would add new tips afterward, but when I asked about it later, she dismissed it, saying it wasn't necessary. All I got was a 'sorry' for the damage. I sincerely hope the board of cosmetology pays this salon a visit because they are clearly not following proper protocols. If I could, I would give this place zero stars I would. read more

I've tried crystal nails 4x. I've had Linda who was recommended to me all 4x. She cut me twice while doing my pedicures. My friend had basic pedis done. The foot/leg massages are the bare minimum-hardly none and we've had to re do getting our heals scrub as they hardly put any effort into it. We will not go back to this awful place. read more
