I specifically told Mara to do a medium low Fade with the side comb and 1 on the sides. She gave my son a high fade. And its not even a fade, it looks like a solid 1 going all the way up on the ends. So now my sons hair looks like a mushroom with no fade. This is the worst haircut my son has ever had and the worst part is I have such an important event with pictures involved in two days. Mara went so high up on the sides I can't even take him to get it fixed anymore. Im so upset! I came to feel better about myself by getting a haircut. Instead I came out more depressed I want to officially DIE! I don't remember the name of the lady who cut my hair she was around late 20's - 30's white woman with blonde hair. She straight up botched my hair, here I am looking at her beauty salon certificate thinking I'm in good hands. I asked for layers and touch up my face frame. Instead she gave me a outgrown mullet type of horrendous haircut. I have nothing against the business except this woman who doesn't take her job seriously. Instead like a passive person I went to a different location in Lake Elsinore. This women highlighted that it was uneven my face frame was uneven by almost an inch. It was not blended and she had left it choppy. I said please fix it, and she did 70% I will have to go back in a few months to get the 2nd procedure done. This is how bad she botched my hair. When you are being told what someone wants for a haircut and you just keep repeating what the computer told you they got last time instead of listening to what they are telling you in person. The service here is great. I came in for a cut and conditioning treatment about a month back. The girl doing my hair was so, so nice. However, since having my hair cut, it seems like my hair is now more damaged than before. I have more split ends than before which is a bit disappointing. Also, they're seriously lacking products for Black hair. After washing it, they had virtually NOTHING to add a little moisture to my hair. Worst hair cut we have ever seen. Brought a reference photo (see pictures) for an aline bob with a little thinning out. Was told it's doable. The haircut received is not an aline and is completely uneven and choppy. The choppiness is so thick we would have to cut half the hair off to even try and fix it. So awful! read more

I would give no stars if I could. I first check in and the lady was going to do my sons hair (1yr) she literally fought with me about having my son sit alone. I told her 3 times that he will not sit alone. While we were getting his hair done I asked for a 2 and the top to be a Mohawk. She BUTCHERED my sons hair. I can't even style it as a Mohawk I'm PISSED. I don't remember the girls name but she was a old ass lady who was rude asf UPDATE: after Kristen got in contact with me about my complaint I went in to get my sons hair fixed! Although it is still too short to style she made sure that when it grows out it will look nice instead of choppy how the other lady left it. I'm here at Great Clips and man do they suck. I signed in online they said it was going to take a half-hour. I come in I'm still waiting another girl comes in after me and she's been waiting in the car for 2 hours waiting for someone to call her nobody has called her and there's only three people they lie about the wait time. And that's not even the worst part. The stupid lady instead of turning her chair, she turned my 2 year old sons head and he's screaming because she is being aggressive with him and I told her to stop on and at first she didn't want me near him but I said no. Great Clips is not so great with their customer service. I had a coupon to use and they acted like they didn't want to take it at first. My son and I both got hair cuts and they treated us way different than another dad and son who also got haircuts before us. They gave the son of the other Dad a piece of candy after they got their hair cuts and after my son and I got done with ours, they didn't give my son anything. Horrible! The simplicity of my request and I was left with a botched job!! Being a customer of the Great Clips location in Riverside I stopped at the location in Perris for a simple half inch trim and cut for bangs with a face frame. I left the salon with a cut WAY more than half an inch! On top of that I stepped out of the saloon as if I had just stepped out of the shower, dripping water -was not even offered a quick blow dry. At the saloon I mentioned before she started "cutting" the frame if instead of using scissors she could do it with the blade or razor as that is what I liked and was used to. She said that for a frame hairstylist used scissors so I went on with it thinking she knew what she was doing and was going to use a tease cut technique.I get home dry my hair and the frame is completely botched! Inconsistent service. Won't be going back. You think you can't beat the price ($14 for a haircut), but you get what you pay for. The first time I went, I had an older lady with 14 years of experience who did a decent job. I was actually happy with it, which is why I went back. The second time, however, I got a very inexperienced girl who had only been doing the job for two months. She was already in the middle of cutting my hair when I found out, and she told me she still had to ask for help--which she proceeded to do while cutting my hair. Not exactly inspiring confidence that your hair will be okay. She didn't blow dry my hair thoroughly, so I went home with wet hair. When I straightened it at home, I found that one side was shorter than the other. I looked like Uma Thurman from Pulp Fiction, and not in a good way. Multiple people asked me if I had done it myself. This place might work if you want a cheap hair cut and don't care about the result, but I've learned my lesson! read more

Only been there a few times. Its closest to me. Wait times are not usually very long actually. I don't mind if they are, as long as the stylist's are working and not chatting away. Taking their time to give an accurate cut is ok, but chatting like it's a talk show is annoying. People don't have all day. A little chat is fine, but taking 30 mins to shave a head is ridiculous. The woman are friendly. The prices are ok, but can be steep. I asked a stylist to just trim alittle off my ends and she charged me $14 for that. And I mean she cut a few strands that were sticking out. I didn't realize until I was home what she charged. I did speak to the manager and resolved it. The manager was very nice. But the woman who I complained about wasn't so happy to see me the next time. Her face said it all. I meant no harm, but it was my right to inquire about the charge. All in all, a good place. Wtf is this seriously. The most fucked up experience I've ever had with my hair. Same reason I hate letting strangers cut my hair. This is what happens when you hire people that don't know wtf they are doing. I thought to myself, everyone needs a chance right. Went back to get my refund back and they only issued back the money for the service. I really could careless about my $11 dollar tip , but come on do you see my hair. You're probably going to have a better result letting a local homeless person cut your hair with whatever teeth they have left. No assigned counter person so every time someone walks in the "stylists" have to stop what they're doing to walk up front and talk to people. I'm sure this results in terrible haircuts just because of the distraction, but let's be honest you weren't gonna get a good haircut anyway. My daughter was left with a head full of dripping wet hair that later dried into a super choppy uneven cut and my husband just wanted a low fade (he even brought a simple photo for reference) but these ladies couldn't be stopped until they left him with a tiny patch of lopsided hair on the top of his head, not even an angry military barber would do this! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless it involved some sort of revenge. I wish there was a way to get the money AND the old hair back.
