I brought my daughter here yesterday ((06-08-22)) to get a haircut. The stylist was shown 3 photos for reference the haircut she wanted. Prior to the cut her hair her hair was prob mid back. The stylist washed her hair, brushed the top half, proceeded to put her hair in a rubber band & chopped it!!! I thought she was going to comb thru her hair. I was getting my haircut at the same time, so I couldn't see everything. Her hair looks NOTHING like the photos!!!! My daughter wanted to cry & was embarrassed. If you're looking for a less than mediocre haircut, this place is the right place for you. Save your money and invest a little more elsewhere. It seems like every customer is put on a time limit, and for that reason, the haircuts are terrible. The stylist have YouTube training and lack personality. Called and asked for someone who can do long layers and was told that everyone specializes in doing that. Gave the benefit of the doubt and showed a picture for reference of what I would like done. She glimpsed at it for 2 seconds... I asked for a wash and cut because I've been told in the past my hair is thick and would be best cut wet. After the wash she began cutting my hair. I did like the framing around my face and the trim she did, however I was not a fan of the technique. She cut angled straight across to create sort of a U shape in the back, however did not blend the layers into each other. While wet, it looked good. I denied styling because I figured it would be a waste since I was going to go home and shower anyways. However, I would've thought maybe she would blow dry and tidy up the layers to see if they blend well. I got home with my hair fully dried and see how choppy my layers are.. I called to let them know I wasn't happy with how it turned out and they told me to come back in to fix it. But tbh, I'd rather just deal with it than go back in and risk being even unhappier with the results. 2 stars because they are nice. Wow, just had an amazing experience here at Supercuts off Nason. Brittney got my 1 year old in and out in 15min maybe even less. I love that she didn't waste time because kids for sure get impatient fast. She was able to cut and create small talk even at the end did a 30 second style that looks better then my 5 min attempt in the mornings. The salon was clean and the other girls really seemed like they were part of a team and not there for themselves like most salons can be. While waiting I browsed the products they sell and there was a nice spread to choose from not just 1 company and thats all you get. For sure will be back and ask for Brittney. read more

Really lazy and ignorant. I walk in there and explain I just need my crown area straightened out since there is not a clear part separating the front or the start of my hair in front going backward down the back of my head where the crown area is. Im sitting right there showing her how the pieces in front on the side are getting intermingled in it making it hard for me to grab that section of hair and if we could just make a "CLEAR" part line in the front of the crown to separate it from my side and the front.. She was absolutely clueless and I felt playing dumb on purpose : (. I just needed that layer cleaned up so its easier to grab. It was a little long hanging over all the shorter layers in back so it mashes down and covers up all the cute flippy layers underneath. It was clear when you look at it what needed to be done and I had my hair already styled so she could see what I was trying to do. She just didnt want to work and was acting clueless and stupid arguing and playing dumb making a big scene. Everyone was looking at her.. I finally just stood up calmly pulling the black cape off and said its fine I can go somewhere else. I walked out. She even made a smart remark about how I was chopping it and messing it up myself.. Well when the hair dressers act this ignorant what choice do I have? Its hard to reach back there by yourself!!I have never had a haircutter say I dont understand I dont get it before.. We did a wash, cut and style and let me tell you. I LOVE MY HAIR! Cutting off quite a bit of hair scares me because I love my hair long but, I wanted something different. Do not go here! I told the Stylist IU wanted the front of my hair to stay longer than my chin. I took the time to point out it fluffs and gets shorter when dry and that I wear glasses, that I had at on at the time. She cut it and I was shocked the friont came to my lips. I pointed out this was very much not what i wanted. she said, "it's what you asked for!" I asked for her manager as i don't like fighting with people. the manager came over and pulled my hair, to the point some pulled out, and it came almost to my jaw and said it is to your jaw. Needless to say, do not go in for even an idiot-proof trim! read more

It is a hit or miss. Been coming here for a few years now and one thing I noticed is that most hair stylists in this location are inconsistent. If it's busy day expect too get a crappy haircut. It happens every time. Not all hair stylist knows how to cut mens hair or do a proper fade. Not everyone uses the same type of guards for their clippers. A number 6 guard is not the same for every hair stylist so be careful when you ask. read more

I don't want to be rude but I feel I should be honest since I appreciate Yelp and the reviews people leave. Took my daughter here for a haircut and left disappointed. I wasn't expecting much since I stopped going to these kind of chain hair salons since nobody really ever gets the cut right. I was going to book with my usual salon but they are completely booked this month into the next. I warned my daughter to just wait but she was really eager to have her hair cut before school registration. I felt like the stylist wasn't listening to what I was saying...I tried showing two pics of what my daughter wanted and I said lots of layers with curtain bangs but it came out uneven and just choppy with only one layer of hair. We tried styling it at home and it did not make a difference. My daughter is devastated and now has to wait until it grows out. I wish they'd hire people that know how to do these things but that's why it's best to go to a nice professional salon further out. read more

I panicked and hit the net. I saw this place had pretty good reviews and called. They got me right in. I had Britney fix my hair. She was so friendly and caring! She fixed my hair without cutting a bunch more off. She even managed to style my half grown bangs so they looked great! I totally appreciate her and I recommend this salon to anyone. I called this morning and was able to get an appointment 15 minutes later. The establishment was very clean. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and my temperature was taken at the door, which I appreciate because I know they are taking the proper precautions to make sure we are all safe. I forgot the name of the young lady that helped me but I think it was Sarah. (Sorry I'm terrible with names) anyway, she was super nice and a great conversationalist! I was just in for a trim but based on my hair condition, I needed more. I ended up leaving 4 inches lighter. Sarah was extremely patient, gave great advice on products and even tips on how to maintain hair health. I had a great experience. I'm new to the Moreno Valley area and after months of being in quarantine due to the pandemic, it was nice to get an appointment right away and finally get a haircut. read more

The people here were friendly and all but you go to a hair salon to get your hair cut and that service was seriously lacking. I had told my hairdresser that I was growing out my bangs and she cut a good 1/2 inch off then asked me how short I wanted my bangs I said "Remember I was growing them out." "Oh," was her response. So now I have bangs again, a week before my graduation. I also told her that I wanted a lot of layers and received at first just a trim, I had to reiterate that no I wanted new layers cut in. Then I had to ask again for shorter layers at chin length and she said no because it wouldn't look good. My mother also got her hair "cut". But honestly one layer was cut into it and a 1/2 and inch of length was taken off. She'd wanted lots of layers and an above shoulder-length bon. It looked exactly the same! So much so that multiple clients waiting for their turn at a haircut asked her if she'd been waiting long. Because they also could not notice a difference. For $50 it was the most wasted experience and to be completely honest I'm probably going to go to fantastic sams with my mother tomorrow to fix it. Be wary, y'all. Haircuts cost a pretty penny and it's never fun to pay for poor service. And, it's even less fun to have to pay double for the same service when you're not happy with the first round. read more

Lack of professionalism and customer service! Do not trust even making an appointment here. I could call corporate on them. I called this morning to make my mom an appointment at 11:39 am. Made it for 5pm and wasn't able to make it on time. Fast forward we arrive at 6:50pm I knew when I called and no answer. I got there and the girl at the register says hi have you checked in on or called to make an appointment. I said yes but I'm sorry I'm late. I told her it's under this name and she says no are you sure you called here? I confirmed the number with her from the call long. ((So disappointing already)). I had to pick up my mom after her day at work. She asked what we needed. I said a haircut and hair dye. Now I knew they closed at 8pm so I figured the hair dye was a no go due to the time. Long story short the gal response was "can't due the hair dye, the hair cut is fine but you have to wait an hour. So we responded OK thats fine. The goal was the hair cut my mom's hair was a 911. Her hair was cut wrong by her and it's super damaged. So we made it a POINT to come on my day off to bring her. Heres what really frustrated me after waiting 1 hour and 10 min. My mom sits down and they start saying well if she wants to dye it and wants it in layers she might want to come back tomorrow to get all that done. My mom was super excited and was telling them about the hair cut. She was looking at my mom's hair like we'll I recommend doing it straight before coming. My mom's hair is super curly. But my thought is maybe she wanted to go home or was scared too cut it. She kept saying can you guys come tomorrow to cut it? I was thinking if that was the case why didn't they say from the start we need her to straighten her hair?????? I'm beyond upset and NEVER PLAN TO BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I would of been better going to the location off Day st. The girls are honest nice and always so helpful. The store manager needs to know how these employeees are running the shop. If one of them is the manager that's even worst. My mom is very patient and nice but I'm the person that won't take bad customer service OK. Let the clients know upfront. Don't make people wait and think it's OK to steer us into coming in another day. My mom was sad and I'm beyond upset. She buzzed the back of my hair and when I asked her why she did that, she said "it was already like that". I told her that I hadn't had a haircut in a year and it couldn't have been that short. She proceeded to blame me that I had already had it short and she didn't do it. Fine, I understand that some people shouldn't be cutting hair (the stylist), but don't blame the customer when you are the one who messed up. Someone else finished cutting my hair. Still not at all how I wanted it. But what's done is done. They should really listen to the customer on how they want their haircut and not blame them when they decide to get clippers and buzz the back of their head and say "it was already like that". I am very disappointed in the service of this place. My teen went to get his hair cut for grad photos and Christina was too busy trying to leave work to do the job correctly. He asked for a shampoo and she said after the cut. Right there is a red flag of bad service. To add insult to injury she didn't even want to wash it and was too busy signaling her co worker how she is leaving after his cut. I want to thank her for doing a horrible job and now my son thinks she was being prejudice because he wanted a cut more liking to his lifestyle. Now he doesn't even want photos and wears a hat. He is very polite but I am not when it comes to bad customer service. I am taking him to another salon and hopefully they wont discriminate and actually listen to the client. Horrible haircut on my son these women do not know how to cut men's hair. I asked for a comb over and they didn't even do something similar or close to what I asked for. This place, and the people are a joke. I've been to a different location before where they messed up my hair, but I decided to give this location a chance anyways. BIG MISTAKE. I called to make an appointment, but I informed them that I would probably be late since I was stuck in traffic. They told me that it was fine as long as I got there before they closed the doors. It was 5 minutes before closing, and I was 4 minutes away so I called them to let them know I would get there a little bit before 8. They said that as long as I got there before they closed the door. Let me just clarify that I asked them if they would still take me in if I got there a minute before closing, and they said yes. So here I am, rushing to get to the location. When I get off the freeway, I couldn't find the location. They turned off all the lights, and were ready to go home. They knew I was on my way because I called TWICE. I was two minutes late, because they turned off the lights and I couldn't find the place. Keep in mind that this was my first time at this location. I went to the door, and tried to talk to one of the employees, and explain the situation to her. She didn't care, she was ready to go. That is bad customer service to me, and this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I gave this place a chance even after reading all the bad yelp reviews, and they still let me down! Don't waste your time on this place. They are unprofessional, and have bad customer service. Go to GREAT CLIPS. I went to their location after this bad experience, and they did an amazing job! I came and checked in and they told me that there were 6 people ahead of me and if I wanted to go shop they would call me. 34 minutes later they called and said I was almost up so I went back to the salon. The stylist Brittany said hold tight and they you get right to me. Then a family who checked in earlier that they couldn't get ahold of came in and they took them and told me it will be a little while longer. At first I sat and waited but after 20 minutes I said I was going to run back to the store and be back. The girl said she'd keep my place on the list. I was gone 21 minutes and they finished that family then took other people rather than calling me. I came back and was told the stylist clocking in would cut my hair as the girl took the next person. My hair cut looks horrible. I asked for a long pixie and got a cut that looks like Coconut head from Ned's Declassified (if you knot know google it). The girl who cut my hair was nice. Just left here with my brand new haircut, my stylist's name is Kayley and she was great. She was patient, and even though they would be closing soon, she didn't make me feel rushed or anything. She took her time and was really kind. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, so she asked me a ton of questions about the style, and eventually I let her just go with what she thought would look good. She did great, she was just amazing, I can't say enough good things about her. So if you're reading this - you are the real MVP. The haircut came out great, I went in to cut my hair so that I could donate it, so we took off about 12 inches and amazingly, I loved it right away.
