I am so grateful for Brittany! I am over 50 and this is the first time that I can remember that I absolutely LOVED my hair and didn't want to run home and wet my hair to restyle it! Now, to mention my color! Oh Em Gee, first time I didn't go home crying that it wasn't what I wanted and my hair didn't fly out all over due to lightening it while she blew dried it! (All you Bleached Blonde girls know exactly what I'm talking about!) This was the first time going to this salon! I usually go to ones that have a boutique, spa and a ton of other services! But could never get my hair right! Spending a ton of money doesn't mean it will turn out better! So nice to go to someone that actually cares about the integrity of your hair and knows how to do it! This is my first time doing a Yelp review, I couldn't keep this to myself! I know I look at reviews about Hotels and Restaurants, so I had to share my positive experience, Yelp isn't just for Negativity! They were very busy and it seemed like everyone else that walked out look super too! read more

My hubs and kids get their hair cuts here at Stoneridge Supercuts. We always call ahead to put our name on the list; when we didn't in the past we had to wait for over 45 minutes. (Tip #1: call ahead) The stylists are friendly. We haven't really experiences any negative attitudes here. We still have favorite stylists; both for their extra attentiveness as well as superb cuts. ***BUT MINUS A STAR**** because Supercuts CHARGES customers an extra $2 to request a stylist. That's BS. It is essentially punishing customers and the stylists. If I really like someone's work and want to ask for them in the future; they charge me 10% more. Seems like Supercuts would want the customer to return to a great stylist. (Tip #2 don't request a stylist; just play the game. If you don't prefer the stylists you are about to get...just tell them u need to make a call and wait for next person. {or see tip 3 for discount so u don't feel ripped off requesting ur stylist}) Last tip (3). Do the survey on bottom of receipt to get $2 off next time {that'll pay for your requested person}. We really like AMANDA and SONIA!!! Both are extremely friendly and go out of their way for the customer. Both talk to my kids and hubs during the cut. Many other places/people don't talk to the kids at all. read more

Just received an awesome hair cut from Brandy! I am very happy with my fade and will be returning to this super cuts!

Make sure you phone ahead and make a appointment. The hair stylist are somewhat friendly. Price is starting to get to high for a chain store. read more

Anybody looking for a new stylist ask for SONIA!!!!!!! I showed her a picture of George Clooney for my sons haircut and she's by far the best that has executed the hairstyle, I decided to get a hair cut by her since I was so impressed, and I know this is yelp so I want to keep it short..I'm the kind of person that rather cut my own hair than spend 60$+ to get it jacked..but Sonia has more than 5 years experience, she listens and she's talented. Next time ask when she's available and try her out and you'll never go back!!! read more

Disappointed and angry. This was my first time going to a Supercuts and all I wanted was a haircut and shampoo after the long week I had had. My husband and son accompanied me and my husband was going to treat me to my haircut. I arrive and am told there are only two people ahead of me. I think that's not bad. Then the two people who were sitting there get called and I'm thinking im next. Then a guy walks in and the stylists say to him welcome back Jorge. I do remember seeing a Jorge on the list of names before me, but I don't know... if a person walks out for a while, aka about 30 min, they should have to restart and get back at the end of the line in my opinion. Im like ok so i guess im next now. Then a woman and her mom show up asking to speak to the manager and start complaining about how her hair wasn't cut right and she wanted it fixed. I heard the manager say oh let me finish the woman im working on and Ill take care of you. Im like great so now this complainer is next. By then two other young women had come in and sat down. I told my husband lets leave as my toddler was getting restless and well the women take their sweet time with the people they were helping and then were pretty much letting others get on ahead of me . I understand the customers are important, but there is a difference between being busy and doing things at a good pace and what these stylists were doing which was going as slow as possible with their current customer as if to not have to take another one. Anyways, As we were leaving, the two young women that were waiting there saw what was happening and said its ok you can go ahead of us if you want...youve been waiting. I said no thank you, but In my head i was like wtf? They came in after me. So super cuts here is some advice.... 1) Allow appointments ....i tried to schedule one and was told you guys dont do appointments. 2) If people step out for more than 10 min have them restart at the end of the line. It's not fair to the people who have actually been sitting there waiting the whole time to then have some people show up 20 to 30 min after and be told they are before you. I wont be coming back. Very disappointed in just the way things were handled. Also as i was leaving i told my husband hold on let me go cross off my name off the list and then i saw someone had already crossed it off when no one had called me and it hadn't even gotten to me yet. Very unhappy. Maybe i should complain next time to get ahead read more

Horrible... Everytime my boyfriend goes to get his hair cut, they mess it up, and when I went in yesterday to get my hair colored, they ruined it. The lady argued with me about how they couldn't do what I was asking and I already had bleach in my hair. I told her to let the highlights get a little lighter than my hair, but she was too busy trying to multitask and I ended up with WHITE highlights. I will NEVER go back to super cuts. I really wish I could leave them NO stars read more

Was worried after I seen a bad review but they're staff are friendly, professional and did a great job Iove that they have a appointment app so easy to schedule and wait time was less than 10 min they don't rush you around so I will say Two thumbs up read more

NOTE: I've since been contacted by the Salon to rectify the situation. The woman I spoke to was incredibly helpful and we are working out reimbursement. I'm very satisfied with Customer Service. I have been debating about writing a review because I left feeling like my hair color was ok... However Two days after Brittany colored my hair I've already had to have another salon tone and I've made an appointment for color correction to be done. I'd just like to warn anybody looking to get hair color done to really look into the experience some of these girls have. I specifically said..."I DONT want beach or platinum blonde." What I left with was a combination of yellow and orange that has made me wear a bun in the workplace out of embarrassment. Might I add that I was charged upwards of 160 dollars for highlights on half of my hair. All in all, with tip I ended up spending 190 dollars on a ridiculously bad coloring done by someone who had NO idea what she was doing and didn't have the decency to say she was lost. I will never be going there again. read more

Don't go here. Bad hair cuts. Bad and RUDE SERVICE! I received a chopped up and asymmetrical haircut when I simply wanted a long layered haircut. BEWARE! I wanted a RELAXER also but no one there wanted to do it or knew HOW to do a relaxer! read more

They're awesome for men's cuts however I took my daughter in for long layers ( her hair was down to her waist ) we asked for mid back and now her hair is about shoulder length. I'm unhappy and now have to take her elsewhere to fix the layers. If you don't know how to do layers then let someone else do them . read more

I just went today to go and get a haircut and the staff were all super nice and sweet. They provided me with treatment options for my hair and I loved the way my hair came out and I loved the customer service that they provided. Will be returning! read more

The woman I had was very nice and respectful. All I needed was a trim and deep conditioning and she even offered to braid my hair since I don't style it. And she just made my day. read more

Every time I come in they r friendly. .. and its a bit costly for a color but I always love the highlights...

Daisy did an excellent job cutting my hair and also entertaining my son. I would absolutely recommend her.

Thank you for the great service on my hair, Brittany...your friendly and courteous customer service is to be commended. I have now been to this salon twice and the service was on point and quick. My hair looks and feels great! read more

Loved my haircut that SONIA gave me!!! I'm so happy I found a hairstylist close to home and leaves my hair exactly how I want it. If you want a haircut definitely ask for SONIA. read more

Reconsidered the stars they deserve cause of this mistake plus high prices. But overall, they are still one of the better hair cut places.

Just got a hair cut this evening and couldn't be more pleased. Samantha did a great job and cut my exactly what I asked for. She had such a pleasant personality and she made every effort to make sure it was right. read more

I love coming here. Amanda's always doing a great job. Keep up the good work. I pay $18 for a trim, which is absolutely reasonable. No waiting time, I always check-in with the supercuts app. read more

I have been coming to this Supercuts location for a few months now, and have left a very happy customer each and every time. I always check-in at home before heading in, and am promptly seated when I get there. Corrina and Sonia are both very sweet and have always given me the exact haircut that I asked for. I am definitely a regular here now. read more

Phoebe is a ROCK STAR!!! I walked in the ugly duckling and walked out a swan!! Phoebe truly listened and provided such a comfortable and pleasing visit I will no longer be anxious about having my hair colored and highlights done. I literally walked in a frizzy orange/bronze hot mess of what minimally qualified as hair and her hands worked my crinkly hair into a soft brown hue with touches of light caramel/golden highlights that left me almost unrecognizable. Phoebe did an exceptional job, she is the complete package; attentive, patient, masterfully color trained, welcoming, and a genuine master of her trade. Thank you so very much Phoebe, I will definitely be back :) Cristina read more

Needed a haircut in the area conveniently near the vicinity of my home. Hesitantly decided to try this place out being new to the area, but to my amazement I left with a haircut I was very satisfied with! Sonia took care of me and had cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Definitely coming back as a regular customer. read more

I just got a haircut by Amanda and she took the time to talk to me to figure out what haircut I wanted. I didn't even have to wait that long to get my haircut.I went on a Saturday. I paid $43 for haircut shampoo in a blow-dry and it was totally worth it. read more

I had been going to this location since they opened. This afternoon I called to have my name put in as I usually do. When I arrived to the salon I was told that I had 6 people ahead of me and that they accepted those new walk ins ahead of me. When I asked what the purpose of calling ahead was if they were still going to put people in ahead of me. The girl at the counter was rude and said she didn't know how to explain it. When I asked to speak to someone who could explain it she said they were busy. I walked out frustrated. I had never received such poor customer service from this location. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. **since this review I have been contacted by a representative from the company. They are worked to rectify this situation. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and am willing to try again. I will repost once I visit the salon again. ** read more

AMAZING first experience! I was skeptical at first about getting my haircut at a place I wasn't familiar with, but I was very pleased with how my hair turned out! Phoebe was the girl who did my hair and I loved her. She was very professional and sweet. She made sure I was comfortable with the length before she started cutting. Which was really reassuring since I was cutting about 12 inches off. I will definitely be returning and requesting Phoebe every time. read more

Been coming here for years and will continue to. Great personalities here and always make sure you are happy.

the greeting was good and the wait was minimal and the stylist was friendly. As friendly as she was I am afraid her three or so years of being a stylist is not up to par. While curling my hair the iron slipped and got my eye lid and right below the eye which left a bit of a mark the next day. When I got home I noticed the ends were horribly uneven in the back. Had to trim a piece myself it was so long. Not the best hair cut in town. read more

Very nice! Perfect haircut. Very nice when you ask them questions, or if you need help with how to get a good style

I was a little hesitant to go in asking for 6 inches off my long hair but Karina took real good care of me. She was aware of how nervous I was to cut my hair and let me know how and where my hair length would fall after the cut. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I have no regrets. She was awesome! Thanks Karina!!! read more
