Sure, their specialty may be "old-tradition" hispanic haircut (not being racist, because it is true) but for it to look completely DIFFERENT to my desired look is a bad look on them. My sister and I left feeling disappointed so I got on Yelp and thanks to all the reviews we called Carmen. For being a Saturday I was shocked when she told us to come in an hour! We arrived and as soon as we sat down they asked us if we would like some water or anything. They were very polite and helpful! I wanted highlights but I also wanted to dye my base color a different shade of brown. Anais was so helpful in letting me know what she was doing and tried to follow the picture I had taken to show her what I wanted. It was a long process but she never complained or tried to take short cuts but actually treated my hair better than I treat it. During this whole time they would ask if we were comfortable or if we needed anything. Thank you Anais my family and I love my hair! They also helped my sister obtain a blondish ombre look even though she still had red in her hair. They took their time and she looks great! Her hair looks so healthy!

Sam, the owner is EXTREMELY NICE. We went ahead and agreed on getting a red hair color. After we put the color on my hair, it came out different that what i expected. It was like Ariel from the little mermaid red. I wasnt to thrilled with it, but what the heck. It was New years eve anyway. Go crazy. I went back days later and told them that it wasnt the red we talked about. I wasnt being mean about it because i honestly believe that if you communicate well to people, you will have better results and come with a better plan. I had a 8 am appointment for me and my daughters to get our hair done for a sweet 16. I asked for 2 people to work on us. One 1 person was there at 8 am and the other showed up at 8:30am. One of the ladies started my daughters hair, then sent her to the other stylist chair so she could start a boys haircut. I wanted to be done in 3 hrs or less. But instead of 2 styles working on our hair we get one. While one daughter is getting done the other lady has done 3 guys hair cut. Again not my problem, I had an appointment!

I came in with a bob and specifically asked for a trim of half an inch or less. Instead, I ended up losing about 2-3 inches of length, and the finished cut is extremely choppy and uneven. It's not at all what I asked for. As much as I want to have it evened out, I'm honestly terrified of having any more taken off and ending up with it even shorter than it already is. I may or may not have cried when I got home, and I'm genuinely so embarrassed by how it looks that I've considered calling off work. When she has cut my hair, she always talks rudely about a previous customer or talks bad about other salons including the store Sally's (and their products) and puts herself on this high pedestal thinking customers should only come to her because she has the "best" products. Regardless, bleach is bleach. Any bleach will damage hair. The only difference is salons know when and where to use strong or weak bleach. Fyi to cut hair it's $40.
