I had a 8 am appointment for me and my daughters to get our hair done for a sweet 16. I asked for 2 people to work on us. One 1 person was there at 8 am and the other showed up at 8:30am. One of the ladies started my daughters hair, then sent her to the other stylist chair so she could start a boys haircut. I wanted to be done in 3 hrs or less. But instead of 2 styles working on our hair we get one. While one daughter is getting done the other lady has done 3 guys hair cut. Again not my problem, I had an appointment!

My sister and I left feeling disappointed so I got on Yelp and thanks to all the reviews we called Carmen. For being a Saturday I was shocked when she told us to come in an hour! We arrived and as soon as we sat down they asked us if we would like some water or anything. They were very polite and helpful! I wanted highlights but I also wanted to dye my base color a different shade of brown. Anais was so helpful in letting me know what she was doing and tried to follow the picture I had taken to show her what I wanted. It was a long process but she never complained or tried to take short cuts but actually treated my hair better than I treat it. During this whole time they would ask if we were comfortable or if we needed anything. Thank you Anais my family and I love my hair! They also helped my sister obtain a blondish ombre look even though she still had red in her hair. They took their time and she looks great! Her hair looks so healthy!

I went back days later and told them that it wasnt the red we talked about. I wasnt being mean about it because i honestly believe that if you communicate well to people, you will have better results and come with a better plan.
