We arrived and as soon as we sat down they asked us if we would like some water or anything. They were very polite and helpful! I wanted highlights but I also wanted to dye my base color a different shade of brown. Anais was so helpful in letting me know what she was doing and tried to follow the picture I had taken to show her what I wanted. It was a long process but she never complained or tried to take short cuts but actually treated my hair better than I treat it.
