I love this shop! I'm new to the area and was looking for someone to give me a razor cut. None of the beauty shops do it. I thought about it for a minute and realized that a barber shop would be the best idea. I came to J Junior's and I found "Nancy." We hit it off immediately! This girl can really cut hair!! The vibe is awesome there! Everyone is friendly and polite. read more

Came in since my other barber wasn't in today and regret not waiting. The guys in the back left was available and could see why. Boy came in gased up from the back. Let him know how I wanted my hair cut in a low fade style. I should of known I was in trouble when he said he was the king of the low fade. By the time I stopped him the clippers were half way up my head and too short. Another barber who doesn't know what a low fade is. My hair is twice the length on the right than the left. Place is good to get something quick and decent looking. For the most part barbers are good. Props to both Netos they do a good job and are very welcoming and patient. However there's this guy named Oscar. Barber is so disrespectful and has no business customer service manners. Very unprofessional. Was waiting. Clearly not busy at all, fellow barber came over to say hey he's open Oscar responded with " I don't give a fuck. If I don't want to cut I can just sit here and do nothing." That's just not cool bro like seriously you're in barber business. Provide the service. read more

I would come here often and there would be days where the shop was on point and days where it was just bad. The shop is skilled in the trade but completely disregards your time and patience and will most likely force you to walk out. Some people (most likely friends) are hand picked when they walk in over those already waiting for a while and have been on the list forcing the ones waiting to wait even more. Unfortunately, my business there will no longer continue due to how time is not valued as a customer and put last. I recommend going elsewhere. Hope that helps. read more

Normally, I get an excellent haircut here from Joe, although the wait can be up to two hours from the time I sign in and they frequently take multiple people ahead of me that signed in after me for reasons unknown to man or God. However, today, August 12, 2017, I went in and received this haircut, which is uneven and jaggedly cut on one side. What you were looking at is supposed to be a traditional flat top. I'm not sure what happened, or who I pissed off, but WTF? read more

Great and clean cuts! My haircut came out very clean and crisp at a very reasonable price. Friendly environment and very chill barbers. My barber also didn't take that long, around 45 minutes. I would highly recommend it. read more

We just moved into the area and we were looking for a perspective barbershop. But unfortunately after our visit today, we will never step foot in this establishment again. From the moment my husband sat down in the first chair, (which by the way, was still dirty from the previous client) the barber was on his cellphone. In-between text messages, he would buzz my husbands hair. Maybe 5 minutes into cutting his hair he said he'd be right back... DEFINITE FAIL when you're supposed to be working on a perspective client!! You're there to get your hair cut. Not for your barber to be sending and receiving text messages and walking out on your client with a bag in hand to make a deal. We ended up leaving, with a head half done and the guy never came back. (We waited approximately 15 minutes). The receptionist tried telling us we'd get the next chair, but we didn't want to wait our time anymore. *******I'm only giving this place a star because otherwise I wouldn't be able to give this place the review it deserves... A DEFINITE NEGATIVE FAIL!!!******** I didn't get to see his name but he has the very first chair on the right. About 5'4 and small framed. read more

Pretty solid shop. Been coming here for a little while now. Their prices are decent. Definitely recommend this place. My barber is Oscar. He's legit. Tips: When you sign in, I suggest you pick a barber or you might get skipped. Also, make sure you shake the owner's hand when you walk in. It's that kinda shop. read more

I was looking for a barber in the Perris area, and found good reviews for this shop. I called in and made an appointment at 12 noon and asked to sit with Joe. When I walked into the shop, it was packed! While waiting for my turn in the lobby, two barbers were jokingly cursing at each other in Spanish. Finally the guy at the reception desk told me to have a seat in Joes chair at the end of the barber row. As soon as I walked up to the barber 10 minutes after my appointment, he told me to have a seat and he would be right back. I sat in the chair waiting for the barber to come back for 20 minutes. As I sat there I kept seeing others get their haircuts and leave before my barber even came back. I waited 5 more minutes, then finally walked out!!! I will never be back to this disorganized barbershop, and would never recommend this place. There are plenty of barbershops in the area that offer great customer service for a better price. read more

I'm brand new to the area. Recently relocated from San Francisco. I yelp'd a nearby barber shop and this one came up. I called ahead and they put my name down on the list. When I got in the barber Jerry did my haircut. With a quick explanation of what I wanted he literally gave me exactly what I was looking for. Those of you who know, finding a new good barber is hard to find. Pretty fortunate Jerry and the guys here at the shop took care of me. I'll be coming back for sure read more

I want to start by letting the skill be known. The barbers are great at cutting hair, you notice right away some of them have a passion for what they do. The organization however is a real turn off. I would consider the front man being more focused instead of talking most of the time. I got skipped 2 separate times because of that and only withdrew without saying nothing because of the effort of the barbers. Speaking with some of the customers and they all seem to have the same opinion as me. I would hope someone from the organization would appreciate this feedback seeing as they are great at what they do and I would love to see them work as efficiently as possible. read more

This barbershop is very talented but dont get your haircut with one of the ladies, I asked for a simple taper and she cut my hair all wrong, I had long hairs and it wasnt even blended, one side was higher than the other, then she kept asking me if she was doing it right read more

I was disappointed in this place the other day because the barbers were cussing up a storm, even though the person getting a hair-cut was a six year old kid. I came here a week ago. When I walked in, the guy in the front couldn't communicate good, just pointed and said "go sit". I tried asking him questions, but kept pointing to the seat. Once the barber came, he had a beavis and butt-head haircut, in which had me thinking he doesn't take care of his hair as much; what will he do to mine? I asked for an undercut with a size three, but at the end he gave me a size zero. He didn't have me facing the mirror so I wasn't sure what he was doing. That boy made Me fear about ever going to a barber again. I Will never go to J Juniors again! read more

J Junior's Barber Shop - Before my haircut at J Juniors - Barbers Near Me - Perris, California

First of, this place knows how to cut hair. The skill of the barbers isn't the issue. The issue is with their behavior. It is horrible. Half of them do their job and cut hair, the other half are too involved in chatting with the other barbers that results in a 20 minute haircut taking 45 minutes. And the management will advertise a $15 haircut but will charge no less than $20, despite not getting any additional services. read more
