Came here super hesitant about getting my four year and two year old boys, haircut. Not only are they scared of haircuts but also very vocal about it. Hilda did an amazing job at easing their worries and also including them and letting them know every step she made. She was so comforting. Although they wiggled and moved A LOT, my boys were able to walk out with really nice haircuts and line ups. No bald spots or uneven line ups so I was very impressed. Thank you Hilda, for being so understanding, nice and also a great stylist! Definitely will be coming back. read more

Trust me ive been to a few barbershops around moreno valley that are cheap, but they have messed up my hair bad! for a regular $9 haircut, i have a great haircut, with great service. My favorite place to go for haircuts monthly. My old haircut prices raised their haircuts at a ridiculous price and I found this place and yelp and decided to try this place out and they offer a cheaper price. Even though the price went up a little bit ever since going here, it was still considered a reasonable price to get my haircuts since most places continue to increase their price. They always did my haircut perfect and one of the only places that has a 10 clipper guard cause I won't want to cut my hair too short. Parking is very limited and it tends to get busy in the weekends. If you go on the weekdays, it should not be busy from there. Still a great place for me to go for haircuts. read more

An honest business ran by honest people. Great haircuts for men for cheap... 9$ and the prices haven't changed, though they could really could. I went here with my brothers to get a haircut and they couldn't believe how cheap it was. They both got fades from John, the owner, who normally has queues for his chair. He was funny and made my little brother feel at ease. My older brother really enjoyed the haircut. All in all, a very positive experience, we will definitely be back. Also, to the man complaining about his kids not being able to run around... Please just take control of your children? It's a public shared space, having kids running around just ruins it for everyone. It's already an errand to get your hair cut as it is... Best haircut ever. And the prices can't be beat for a mans trim its only 9 bucks. They spend the extra time to make sure it's done right. I refuse to go anywhere else, even if my hair gets shaggy and I refuse to go somewhere else because it may be more convenient. I will wait until I have time to come here. Terrible terrible terrible service. There is no sign in sheet. I have been bringing my son to this barber for over a year now. People that just walk in and go right to the seat when others have been waiting patiently. A good barber would know that it wasn't their turn and ask them to have a seat. It's 5:30, I walk in and the owner says, "we're already closed" although the sign says Monday through Saturday they're open until 6pm. There are three barbers inside, and to be fair they each had a customer. Maybe I'm just tripping but if a business closes at 5:30 then they should update their sign. Customer service is a must for any successful business. read more

Not a Barber shop !! A Few months ago Lady Barber couldnt do a flat Top tried to blame my type of hair. I have been getting Flat Tops 2 or 3 times a year for 15 years. Owner knew it was bad cut but offered nothing.... I made the mistake of not going to my regular real barber shop in Riverside. I thought I would try one close to my home... My boys have been getting haircuts here since they were babies. They are now 7 and 4. Hands down, Doña Maria does the BEST fades/haircuts in the shop! She takes her time and really makes sure that that you are happy with the job she did, my kids love her. I live in Menifee and travel all the way over at least once a month just for there haircuts, I really dont mind because I know the quality with her is the best, never a complaint with her. All i request from the barbers in Menifee is a simple high fade with a zero on the sides and no shops in Menifee can even come close to what she does. I love where I love, but the barber shops from my experience are "sub-standard". Doña Maria in my book gets 5 stars. The reason I gave it only 4 stars overall is because of the John, the owner. He plays on his T.V. all the latest movies for both kids and adults. He's a good guy in all, it's just he gets really paranoid if you have kids and they jump around or run around right next to you. He will tell them to stop jumping or skipping. Hes just extremely finicky about everything in his shop. The prices are really reasonable though. 2 kids haircuts for only $18 is a steal! read more

I wish i can put NO stars. But Horrible experience i am not pleased. I took my boy to get a haircut and i specifically told the lady what i wanted done to his hair, instead she did what she wanted to his hair and cut it all off. She wasnt sympathetic at all while he was crying instead she kept being rough and pushing his head down to cut his hair. And also she did not even finish cutting it, she said "i cant cut it anymore because he keeps moving". Now my son is left with a messy uneven haircut!!! I am not happy at all, i am only satisfied that i told the owner about the problem and he told me do not tip her and had a conversation with her as i left. So disappointed after so many years JOHN himself has lost his touch with his loyal customers first we tried on may 1st to get everyone a haircut my husband and son we arrived at 1:42pm and one of the ladies turned around and did say that they were no longer taking cutomers due to it being close to closing time we understood everyone wants to go home, so come today may 5th my husband and my son walked in at around 5pm again this time john was there after waiting for about 40 mintues John himself decide to take another customer that had just walked in and allowed him to skip both my son and husband not to mention there was another two customers that were patiently waiting as well. When my husband mentioned it to John and asked why if we've all been here waiting for about an hour his respond was that everyone can wait more to see his other coworkers my husband then did told him ok and walked out we couldn't believe how his customers service has gone soo poor will no longer be taking my family there no more and am spreading the word and how bad we were treated really surprised more disappointed read more
