Tamara introduced herself right away, made me feel comfortable, and took the time to really understand what I wanted before we got started. It's cut to high in the back. Unfortunately, you can't see what she's doing until it's done, and of course it's too late then. I wanted it feathered on the sides, and that didn't happen either. Needless to say I won't be going back there.
