Always professional, very clean and there are many stylists that have been there a long time which is nice. Using the online check in application is super helpful to let you know the current wait time. read more

Terrible. They cut it so short even though I gave them directions longer than I actually wanted it so they don't mess up. Bad customer service and bad haircut. Shouldn't have had to pay for this trash read more

I highly recommend Daniel! He is a lifesaver. I came in with a terrible hair cut and he was able to fix it so that I can wear my hair down again. Go see him he is a life changer!! read more

Management does not know how to use the reservation system. Told us that one employee called in sick. Their reservation system is based on the number of employees there. And he said they had a walk in but it pushed everyone with a reservation our by 30 minuted. Why have a reservation system if you don't know how to use it. read more

Love this place! I first came here by accident and met Daniel, now I keep coming back ever since! Daniel helps me with style and suggestions about how to do/take care of my hair. His service was great and beyond. He seem passionate about haircut and very professional, he listened what I need and delivered exact the way I want. I would definitely recommend Daniel and great clips here! read more

Great service from stylist Anna. We did a complete shave for my two year old son. She was so good with the baby and did a awesome job.

This is to praise Diane, on 11/27/16 my mother and I went in to have my mom's haircut, she is handicap, has a walker, balding, and has hardly any hair, and Diane was so very sweet to my mother, she helped her to the chair, listened, and most importantly, made my mom feel special. My mom left with smiles ear to ear. The lady directly across from Diane wasn't so friendly, When making the appointment I had asked if they would be able to dry my moms hair after the cut, and she said it would be $20 just to blow dry. Now if you saw my moms hair, you would understand that the cut would only take a few minutes (we could have cut it ourselves, but I wanted my mom to feel special), and to tell me after looking at my moms hair that it would cost $20 to blow dry it, you would understand. Once Diane finished cutting my moms hair, she offered to blow dry it, taking 2 minutes longer. I told her no because the lady said it would be $20 more. Diane said she wasn't styling it, just blow drying it, and that is complementary. As Diane started blow drying it, the rude lady directly across the way from her started yelling at her in her language (we knew exactly what about). Diane then yelled back at her, we couldn't understand what they had said, but it was apparent the rude lady was telling her not to blow dry it. I was pleased Diane had the heart to stand her ground. If y'all want a caring hairdresser, go see Diane. She is a sweetie and will take care of you! read more

This place was busy when I first walked in but i was helped immediately. I came with a haircut in mind and showed Daniel a picture. With some suggestions from him, Daniel cut my hair to perfection. He definitely knows what is current and what he is doing. I am one happy customer when I walked out. I would surely recommend him and I can't wait for my next haircut. read more

I came in to get my haircut today and was thrilled to see Daniel was working. My friend recommended I go to Daniel to get my haircut and I have been seeing him ever since. Not sure why everyone was dressed in black...kinda depressing...Everyone on the team was very friendly and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I've seen many different barbers and Daniel is definitely the best I've seen. This man could open his own shop no doubt. Highly recommend this great clips. read more

I have been coming to this shop in the last three years, about once every two to three weeks. I always use Great Clips mobile App to check in first to reserve a spot, or pick another day to come if the displayed wait time is too long on the App. Very useful. The stylists there are always very friendly. I keep simple hair style, and they know how to cut it well without me explaining how to cut it. I do have my favorite barbers there after trying a few in different occasions. Overall I like this place - convenient, efficient, reasonably priced, good result. read more

Reliable consistent haircuts; they keep track of your haircuts details in their computer so they know how you like it everytime

Lan is awesome. She knows exactly how to cut my hair. It's also great to chat w her. My experience is fantastic because of her professionalism. I would not go elsewhere. read more

Consistent and solid, Great Clips is an affordable haircut experience for the whole family. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes if you stop by this location though, it is a popular place! read more

Ok so I gave this place a second chance and I am glad I did. Basically what happens with the information they take down is they store preferences about what you had done in the past. Cool :) This time I got a really nice lady who cut my hair. I am going to ask for her next time too. She asked if I liked what had been done last time and I remembered nah not really. So after asking her to change it up a little she did no prob. She even did some sort of wisping of the blades in an upwards sweeping manner (Not really sure what the outcome of the technique is but it looked cool) It came out great and I smiled while I was there and when I left. :) read more

Another great haircut from Christina.. She's fast and efficient..

I've been using this place for over two years, and used to like it. However my recent experience has been strange. Two times in a raw the staff was unfriendly (to say the least) and quality was mediocre. I am not coming back, plenty of alternative options around. read more

Today was my first time going to Great Clips and doing a walk-in appointment. Daniel cut my hair, and he was amazing! He knows how to cut Asian hair really well, so if you have thick, straight, sleek hair, I recommend that you go to him to cut your hair. I showed him a picture of the haircut that I wanted and he cut it perfectly, which made me very happy. He's super friendly, and you can tell that he's very passionate about his job. He pays attention to detail and takes his time to make sure that your hair looks great before you leave. read more

Today we had a not so "great clip" experience with their stylist Xuan Hoa who was not shy on displaying her dismay toward customers who dared not to take her suggestion on how their kid's hair should be cut. She even criticized my kid's last haircut which by the way, was done at their place completely! After the hair cut, my kid was complaining about his neck, and there I saw three scratches on the back of his neck! I have had good experience with some of their stylists before, but today's experience definitely will keep us away from this convenient place. read more

Daniel is the best! The quality of his work is by far the best I've ever experienced at any Great Clips location. He is passionate about his work and can recommend different styles based on what you like. He is patient and makes an effort to get to know you as a person. I have been coming back to this location for about 4 months now, and will continue to do so! read more

I have been to this Great Clips 3 or 4 times now and it's the best one I've gone to. Daniel is the friendliest stylist and manager. Always provides great detail when cutting my hair and his customer service is unmatched. He obviously loves what he does and it shows. Highest recommendation for Daniel and his crew. read more

Disappointing experience. Typically a good experience but this evening I got there at 8:30pm ( just before the 30 min cut off where they don't take any more people ). I come here pretty regularly. I'm told that they are ready for me but after another minute, s'body else comes in who has never been in before and I'm told that sorry, this person checked in first. That is fine. I accepted this and assumed that the next person would take me when they were finished. That didn't happen. Everyone started to clean up and nobody took any time to inform me what happens next and I was left waiting. I decided to leave. It's unfortunate as the experience has typically been good. I wouldn't mind if I wasn't a regular but I was disappointed that rather than say "hey, we are closing up, would you mind coming back tomorrow", I was just left sitting there without any update. read more

Have been coming here for past 10 years. Great and professional stylists, clean facility and perfect location. They are all good at the job they do. I like to play around with my styles a lot, everytime i come up with a new style i want to try, they understand right away and i love the result. read more

Got a great haircut from Daniel! Super nice, super professional and super efficient! My wife loved the haircut, so thank you to Daniel for that! #happywifehappylife read more

I normally don't get my hair cut at Great Clips but after a wonderful review from my mom (who loved her hair cut by Daniel!), I had to give it a shot! Daniel was very professional and friendly, and my husband wouldn't stop giving me compliments on it! read more

Leona was rude and unkind to my teenage daughter at the Blossom Valley location in Mountain View. She criticized her dry hair and spit ends, said her hair was falling out, and made her stand the whole time. She said she should use leave in conditioner, but did not bother to use the spray-in conditioner sitting at her station. Also, she cut about 3" off vs. the 1" she showed she would, and did not keep the long layers in her hair. My daughter left in tears and never wants to return. I had a wonderful experience with Candace, who used to own her own salon, but our experience with Leona was terrible. I've never had such poor service in any salon, even the affordable ones like GreatClips. read more

I highly recommend Great Clips in Mountain View. I've been going there for over 10 years now and they consistently do a great job for a great price. When you go ask for Daniel. Not only is he their excellent manager, but he also gives the best haircuts in town. Thank you, Daniel. You never let me down! read more

I've gotten maybe 10 haircuts at this great clips. Every time has been fantastic. The team is super inviting and friendly. Ive gotten my haircut by Daniel. He is FANTASTIC. Great hair cut and fun and light hearted conversation. I consider Daniel to be one of my friends now, not only because he hooks it up with a great haircut every time but also because he is very personable and funny. I rate this great clips and Daniel a 10/10! read more

These guys can't figure out who is who, confusing everyone in the lobby. The customers have to tell the staff who's next. Several people walked out pissed. read more

I was very happy with the hair cut my daughter got from Evonne. She was so sweet and open having my daughter take a seat and I loved chatting with her. Evonne definitely proved to me that great clips near Middlefield, pa.is the best and friendliest. My daughter was very nervous, but with the welcome greeting we received from Evonne, my daughter was completely all smiles. She was so nice, understanding, and deserves a raise and I hope she stays there forever :) read more

Great hair cut. Pretty cheap. Only thing is I wished my hair cutter had parted my hair where I wanted before starting to cut. I realized after the fact. read more

I've been going here since I moved to the area in 2010 and think they are great. They sometimes have a coupon on the receipt or a good deal in the mail or online which kept me coming back. Even their regular price is reasonable. They also keep track of your last haircut and how you had it cut in their computer which is nice in case you forgot if you used a number 2 or 3 clipper length on the sides, for example. I've probably been there 4 times, each with somebody different and I never had a problem with any of them. This is a nice, clean place with good people. They are good at what they do and can cut my hair quickly but with quality and skill. I have tried other cheaper places because I have an easy hair cut style, but I found that is risky. I no longer want to risk it so I'll keep going here because I can trust them. read more

I normally pay $85 to cut my hair with my stylist who I've been seeing for years now but this time I needed something different. I started undergoing chemotherapy 3 weeks ago and finally my hair was starting to fall off in chunks. It was getting annoying. I had hair everywhere. I grabbed my friend and headed to Great Clips this morning. When I checked in, I told them what I needed and had to repeat myself since it's not everyday a young chick wants her head shaved. Within minutes I was in the chair. I don't recall his name, but it was an Asian guy who worked on me. He suggested a 1 on the clippers. I told him about my chemo and tugged on my hair, showing him how bad it was falling out. I closed my eyes as he started to work. I cried the entire time. He handed me some tissue mid way which was really nice. When he was done, I looked in the mirror and was pleased. He said to me, "I've never done this before, I'll never forget you." That really touched me. My friend handed me my hat and I put it on, and headed on over to pay. He wished me the best and shook my hand. He made the experience great for me. I didn't cry because I was losing my hair but more because having cancer has been an emotional roller coaster. Thank you so much to the guy that shaved my hair off. read more

I have been going to Daniel recently, and he has given me an excellent fade and lineup that is a rare in other salons that I have gone to. I would definitely recommend this place and Daniel to other clients. read more

Had my hair cut twice now by Daniel, and it has been great both times. He pays great attention to detail, and seems to enjoy what he's doing and has fun with his customers. Definitely recommended. read more

Took my 3 year old son here for a long overdue haircut. Kim was GREAT with our son, really put him at ease (he hates getting his haircut usually). They have lollipops for the kids and some books for them to read also. I wish they had more toys or the ability for the kids to watch a movie or TV while they are getting their hair cut, but I'll be bringing my son back to Kim again regardless! read more

The last few times I have gone to Great Clips I didn't have to wait at all and got a great haircut too. The price is right and I love not having to make an appointment. The stylist are really nice and my friend takes her 2 year old son there and they do a great job for him too. read more

I've been to this place for the past 5 years and I've seen people come and go. Like any other hairstylists, one must learn to tell them what you are looking for and what you really want for your hair. I've pretty much let many people there cut my hair to see who does the best and who I can work with when my favorites are not present. For those who don't cut well, I simply will not ask for nor will I accept their invites to their chairs. Nothing personal, just my preference and I do still say hi to all when they see me to be kind and civilized. It is in a convenient location being close to Safeway, Starbucks, Hallmark, CVS, and Shell Gas station. The staffs/hairstylists are friendly (at least to me) and the manager is definitely a good person with reasonable personality. There are days when the waiting time is too long but it doesn't bother me for I can always run errands or come back at a more convenient time. I don't want to rush anyone cutting my hair when there's a crowd or coming in too close to closing hours. That's always a bad idea and I don't want to wear my baseball cap for the next two weeks. read more

Received a great haircut/trim from Brianna. Would definitely recommend this Great Clips. I will go back.

Hi! I got a wonderful haircut from George! Second time too, first time he gave me a prefect cut for prom, and this time he cave me something for my casual-but-not-too-casual style. As a guy, i have had a lot of good fortune with this place. :) I had a nice time, i'll come back for sure in a couple months. read more
