But my little brother and I arrived here at 3:50pm and told us the wait was 20 minutes, but it's 4:43pm and he just got called... typically we wouldn't wait 53 minutes for a haircut but Christmas is right around the corner and the wait gets more intense I'm assuming so we decided to wait anyway. Took my 10 year old to get a hair cut because we received a free haircut coupon. He asked that I never take him back there! The girl hurt his head by pressing the clippers too hard into his head and the haircut is bad, really bad! He got a 3 on top and a 1/2 on the sides but there are areas she missed on the top and short patches throughout the sides and back of his head. There are also areas around the front of his face that she didn't even touch. In addition to that, she was rude to him, she took advantage that we could not hear her from where we were sitting and that my son was shy! Will never go back there! Worst haircut ever. I usually take my son to Liz. I had seen her on Friday and she told me she would be working over the weekend so I decided to take my son on Sunday. On arrival I found out that she left early because it wasn't too busy. I should have walked out too. The lady (Sandra) said she could do my son's hair. My mistake!!!! She cut off hair in places where she shouldn't have. I specifically told her not to use trimmer but she didn't listen. Every single time I've gone into a Great Clips, my hair ends up uneven or in an extremely unflattering shape. I ask for a simple bob every single time, and still they manage to mess that up. This time I brought in a picture of the new hairstyle I wanted, discussed it with my hairdresser, and even asked her if she'd like to look at it again, and right away she chopped off all my hair and even then still kept going. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture I showed her, and I'm livid. I have to walk around with this stupid, extremely unflattering haircut for who knows how long because of her incompetence. It's exactly what I didn't want and the reason why I specifically brought in a picture for her to look at. I had the worst experience ever getting a haircut here. I checked in online with my last name. When I got there I wasn't even greeted. When I was, Ariel asked me what my phone number was. The problem really started here. She was more interested in entering me into the computer than listening how I wanted my haircut. She cut my haircut in the most untraditional way. She started shaving my hair in areas I did not want it cut. I asked to see the manager and to my displeasure she said she was. I asked if this was her 1st day and she said she had been cutting hair for 4 years. I had to speak to her in private and let her know, she never once listen to the customer, she couldn't find me in the computer and got so hung up on it, she ruined my hair. I will never will go to this place again or refer any of my friends or relatives here. Worst haircut experience I've ever had. That saddest part is she never owned up to it or apologized. Just came back from there. Asked for a medium low fade, older lady ignored what I said and kept asking me if it was a zero and up, I kept saying I don't know, just a medium low fade... Lady cuts, looks like shit and goes way higher than what a medium low is really meant to be. Unhappy, I tried explaining to this lady on how to fix this, since the back was way lower than the sides....long story short, made it worst.
