She was very nice and was more than happy to work with my schedule. During my visit with her, she listened carefully to what I was asking for, asked questions in return to clarify, and went to work on my long mane. We had a very nice casual conversation while she cut my hair. She stated that it was a little intimidating cutting my hair, knowing who my normal stylist is. "He's a hard act to follow". I have to be honest and say that Bridget did a fantastic job. My hair might be long, but it's not easy to cut. This is the first time I have gone to someone, other than my stylist, and have been truly happy with the results. Bridget is knowledgeable, gives attention to detail, and overall, is a very nice person. Her shop is open by appointment only, no walk ins. And she is currently working on getting a credit card machine so she can accept them soon. Her shop is super cute, and easy to find.

They've even installed an ATM in the lobby if clients need cash, especially since tips are not allowed to be added to a CC payment. And now one can pay the ATM fee to get cash to pay for services to avoid the 3% CC fee. How absolutely cheap is this merchant! Credit cards are for the convenience of the patron, with a slight exchange fee to the merchant as a cost of doing business.

I hate to be rude and ask for silence, but this just seems like a given to me. Unfortunately, this is the second massage I've had in Cincinnati, and the second time the masseuse has talked throughout the entire thing. Why is this? To make matters worse, they are now constantly spamming my email account with specials and deals. There is no way to unsubscribe, and they put EVERYONE'S email addresses in the "to" line, so first names, last names, and email addresses are visible to everyone on the list. I replied requesting they unsubscribe me and mentioned they may want to at least BCC everyone (a bulk mailer would be more professional). They finally hid email addresses, but I am still receiving the same annoying email over and over again. While everyone who worked there was very nice, and the massage (aside from the talking) was decent, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this email spamming really pushed things over the line for me.

I cancelled on a Saturday. The appointment was on Wednesday. On Wednesday someone called my elderly parents yelling at them for missing the appointment. Threatened them that they would have to pay for the appointment-my elderly Medicare parents who have been going to this salon for 9 months. I told my parents I would help them find a new salon to go to. Integrity is how you act when no one is looking-or when you think no one will call you out on it. This place has no integrity. And no respect for elders. In Japan someone in their 80's is tested with respect and is revered. Not yelled at or threatened. They did call back 10 minutes later when they checked their voicemail and found my cancellation but again...extremely rude and terrible customer service.

Most importantly, she listens and she's honest about what will and what won't work. For example, my hair will not hold red colors despite Nicole's best efforts. I appreciate that my stylist was willing to say that I needed to stop trying with the red because I was just wasting my money. The salon is clean and cute. All the stylists are friendly and I love to see all the different things they are working on during my visits. They continue to expand their line of services and now offer hair extensions, lash extensions, nails and so much more.

This woman looked insulted when I showed her a blonde photograph(I assumed this was too much work for her to do) she assumed we were there for highlights. I said no all over color as she has heavy highlights. She looked puzzled, I said look if you are unable to do this I would be happy to go else where. She said no I got this now, my daughter sits she applies die all over and sets a 25 minute timer. During this time we learn she's getting ready for a concert eating dinner clearly excited for her plans (no harm there). Till my daughter's hair is dyed brown with what was supposed to be a trim looks like a toddler chopped away at the ends of her hair with dull play scissors. I will never ever return to this establishment and I will indefinitely share this expirence with everyone I know. My 14 year old devastated at the beginning of a very important chapter of her life. She then took a test strand of my hair but rushed me out the door and wouldn't let me stay for the results. I was charged 30 dollars for the consult which I was fine with until Sophia wanted to charge me 400$ for full foils and refused to help me find a solution within my 250$ budget. (mind you I noted that I was okay with any solution as long as it fit in my budget and made my hair look better than it did). Definitely don't recommend.
