Raquel is a skilled beautician. Dolly is also great. Service is excellent here, but the reason we always return is for the awesome haircuts! Raquel is the only person I fully trust with my haircuts, and my two sons. My boys have done multiple styles (Mohawks, faux hawk, taper fade, etc.), and each time their haircuts are cut precisely the way we want it. This place is amazing. Get your haircuts here!! I could barely call that a haircut!! I used to go to a private barber, the best in the OC, but because of his recent popularity, it's a 6 month wait to get a haircut!! So I tried Great Clips out! The first time was decent, but not worth $16. My pro guy charged $20 and his attention to detail and always asking questions was phenomenal!! This last time at great clips, the lady didn't even look at the previous notes, just asked what I wanted, which she didn't do and buzz, buzz she was done. I asked for a trim on top, she barely even did that. It didn't even look I got a haircut. $16 to get a 5 minute whatever, sloppy, crap job haircut, this is the worse haircut experience I've ever received. Another thing, there was hair all over my clothes, neck and face. More than the usual, expectant amount. I cannot recommend nor would I be desperate enough to go back. read more

I've been to this location twice. Both times have been a bad experiences with 2 different hair cutters. 1st Time: I brought my daughter to get 5 inches cut from her hair. It looks great when we left but it wasn't until the next day we noticed her hair was uneven. Luckily, I called the store and they were able to fix it the next day. 2nd Time: Tina, an older Vietnamese hair cutter, cut my sons hair. See pictures on how uneven it came out. I asked for a fade (2 to 0) and to clean the top of his hair. In the picture, there is no fade, the sides (by the ear) were not even, and she cut his head. I was hopeful that my 2nd experience would be better but unfortunately it wasn't. The hair cutters don't know what they're doing. The prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. Checked in online to save time via the application. It said 40 mins wait and we got there 9 mins early to check in only to find out we had to wait another 27 mins. The two stylists present working that day have no clue to manage and operate a business. Their motto is online check-in save time-every time, yet customer still had to wait. What's the point?' On top of that my sons stylist was slow. She couldn't barely operate the credit card machine. Annoyed! Left there paying the bill without tipping. It's not something I do, but service wasn't satisfied. Will not come back. Not worth wasting my time especially in this pandemic world. I have no doubt the business will suffer sooner or later. I really needed a haircut so I went to great clips and can I say this is the worst place ever to get a haircut this really rue lady made my hair worse than it was before it was all uneven. I would rather tie my hair to train tracks right near the wheels and the train would have cut it much better for it did I mention they charged me $45!!!!! This rating is only for Olga. I trust her with my hair and I have trust issues. A men's fade is not an easy haircut but you would be lucky to get a fade from her. She is not always at this location so when I know she is in.. I'll be there. Request by name. I asked about prices at Phoenix which is a high-end salon in the same strip mall. The snooty hairdresser told me she charged $60 for a haircut. I feel like this place is a training ground for new graduates from beauty school. I can already visibly see my mother getting frustrated. Great customer service, and beautiful cuts for me and my kids. It is very popular, and can get pretty busy (the stylists are good!) but they do online check in and they are good about keeping up with that. Very happy with our cuts. I got a lob, which is normally $75 at the salons, I paid $16 and it looks better than when I paid $75! I've gotten so many compliments on my hair cut. Ever since that time. I have not gone to any other place. I'm in the Military so I go there often and I always go there and ask for Destiny. She has amazing skills. She is cool, caring, easygoing and has great customer service skills and OBVIOUSLY is extremely good at giving you any haircut you desire. I've been going to this place for over year now. They gave me a card and they were punching it every time I got A hair cut. I've been told once I have all the holes stamps then I will get a free haircut. Just as I got the whole thing stamped they stopped honoring those cards.
