I've gone here MULTIPLE times, enough times to get sent coupons from here. Each time has been great... except yesterday's. Not only did the lady cutting my hair barely speak to me, she also didn't listen to me. I said as soon as I sat down that I JUST WANTED A TRIM... she walked EASILY a good 5 inches off my hair. I just sat there for over an hour after I checked in through the app which said 50 minutes. I watch people walk in and check in while I was there and they were told 50 minutes but yet several people were called ahead of us. Even one of the hairdressers said that we had been there for a long time and she was wondering why we were getting passed on. We all LOVE Hollie. She is amazing and quick. She will also tell you how your hair works with what cut. My 14 year old and 8 year old love her. My 8 year old has crazy cow licks and she does an amazing job with him. My 14 year old is picky with his hair and loves Hollie too. If I could give no stars I would! I just wasted gas and money on a horrible haircut. I'm not very happy at all. I took my son to get a haircut and asked for a faux hawk and to clean it up in the front and he came out with a messed up fade. No faux hawk and she made an excuse of why she couldn't clean it up in the front. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix it. I'm so glad that he's not in school right now. I went in expecting to get a wash, 1" trim, blow dry and flat iron. The girl quickly sat me in the chair asked how much I wanted cut and whether I preferred it cut wet or dry. My reply was " wet after it's been washed" she then proceeded to just spray a slight mist onto my very thick hair, and cut about an inch then said "how's that" I literally was in the chair less than 10 min. I was never asked what specific service I was interested in. She made the decision for me. In addition , she was more concerned with talking to the stylist next to her. I paid for the haircut and left. I then went to The great clips on Stockdale Hwy by Target and expressed my unhappiness to Cori, she immediately took me in and performed the services I was looking for at a reduced cost. Great clips, well this is the best one that I have come to always have open chairs and always give me pointers on what I should do with my hair because of my face shape they are all very nice and awesome stylists. They always help me when I want to try something new and are great with kids always take my nieces and nephews to them and they are always talking to them making them more comfortable. Renee cut my hair and she did a great job. She was quick and professional. I also like how they have your last haircut saved in the computer. I get mine cut maybe every month and a half so I always forget exactly what I asked for. VERY uneven haircut, it was clear the girl had no practice whatsoever and didn't even attempt to use any techniques. I have shoulder length hair and went for a trim. First of all I told her I want the length a little past my chin, it didn't matter how short just at least past my chin. She showed me the first strand she cut, and it's same length as my sideburns.... I corrected her. She cut my hair completely dry, didn't tell me to straighten my head when needed, didn't comb out my hair, just went straight to cutting with one hand wherever she pleased. I could tell her scissors were not straight rather at an angle so of course she was never going to get it even. When she finished and showed me I was in complete shock. One side was at my chin, the other still touching my shoulders. She kept cutting to even it out until my hair was almost at my ears! I left it at that to stop her from further shortening it. The length is still uneven, choppy, looks like a 5 year old cut it. It's so bad I've even contacted corporate. I know they're not experts but a trim should have not gone this way. read more

This was my first time trying a new barber in 17 years. It was a great experience. The staff was very nice. It was a little busy, so I had to wait. It was worth it though. I am very specific with my hair and Martha was perfect. She knows what she's doing. I can't speak about the other stylist, but Martha was great. Will be back. read more

Honestly this whole experience was poor. So we used the mobile check in, when we got there she ask for the name and we told her she continue to ask us for a name becuase it wasnt connected to an account even though our name was already on the waitlist display. So after that she took my little sister back which I went over there to make sure my sister told the lady exactly what she wanted, mind you shes only ten. Upon making sure my sister was asking for what she wanted she told me to leave becuase it was just too busy. Now I wouldnt have minded if it was for the fact that her tone was nasty. So i left to Sally's for about 5 minutes and came back my sister was just about done and when she came up to me i noticed the back of her pixie cut was a little longer than i knew she wanted. So i was talking to my sister letting her know the back was longer then what she told me she wanted and that it flipped up like she didnt want and while talking to my sister she interrupted stating " uhmm it's a pixie cut it's supposed to do that" with the same nasty tone. So i ignored her and continued to talk to my sister to make sure but she was too shy to say anything so after paying we left. I dont know her name cause she didnt really introduce herself to me or my sister, but shes the older, chubbier blonde lady with an undercut. First time coming to Great Clips for a haircut at 9 am, no customers. Receptionist gave no greeting, she handed me a form to fill out my name and phone number. I never fill out form to see a barber. That's our policy she said. Stylish was ready for me, I sat down told her no. 1/2 and don't cut the top. She said ok and no.4 is close enough. Once the clipper started it's like she was driving a dune buggy going everywhere on my head. Didn't start one side first, cut the top uneven. She's never talk during the haircut. I thought to myself she must just graduated from school. She was done in 5min and no one waiting for haircut. Cost $15, will not be coming back. read more
