Magdelena (Maria) couldn't have pleased me any more!! Not only was she an EXPERT when it came to my hair care, she was humble, courteous and comfortable! She was such a perfectionist when it came to the hair, you can tell she really LOVES doing hair and if the outcome wasn't what you expected or you think you might have changed your mind about trimming it up or changing it a bit, DONT WORRY, just speak up and let her KNOW what you think (like I did) and she will make the perfect adjustments (like she did with me). Stopped in because I was in Taft to take care of some business. What a beautiful salon. Nice spacious, clean and well laid out. I was surprised when I walked in that is was such a big upscale looking salon for such a small town. I came on a day that only one person was working so I could not attest to how it ran when it was full of clients and hairdressers, but it is a very nice salon and looks as though it would be the kind of place to get the whole salon experience. Gotten a few good hair cuts by them over the years. Today I was meet with unanswered calls. When I walked over to request a walk in I was meet with a locked door with 2 people inside chatting. I will be going else where from now on, I don't feel like jumping through hoops to get an appointment. read more

Very unprofessional and rude staff. When my wife and daughter walked in they were ignored and not treated as valued customers. When my daughter finally got attended, the stylist said the following as she cut her hair: "your hair is freakin thick!" By the way, this happened before Covid. read more

Absolutely horrible work. I pay like almost 60$ For a shitty ass perm. Whoever does the boys perms is the absolute worst she never fails to ruin my hair. I've been there 4 time and I have only left one time satisfied other than that she's money hungry and rushes my hair. Do your job right don't be lazy read more

This is my second review. I'm still happy with the stylists' work, but their professionalism is lacking. This is a small town, so they shouldn't be gossipping so harshly. Plus, they never return messages on their voicemail. And the manicurist just wanders around, even though I've asked twice to get my nails done while my hair dye sets. Arg! read more

Been here before, they ignore you when you walk in and when they do finally speak to you they sound mad.They cut and dye hair amazingly,but sometimes rush through jobs,been here more than once.The only reason I keep going here is because there is not much options of hair salons around town,their prices are reasonable. I will keep going, but they need to change their attitude. read more
