He walked us step-by-step through the painting, demonstrating each part on a sample canvas and checking in with everyone as we painted. Skyscape is a really engaging and a well designed experience. Theres a lot to see and do, with interactive spy style missions that kept both me and my son entertained the entire time! It's mostly a hands on experience, you're not just walking through exhibits, you're actually participating, solving challenges and learning as you go. Even better, it didn't feel crowded, which made it comfortable to move through at our own pace. We were able to go back and redo some of the exhibits we enjoyed, which made the experience even more fun the second (and third) time around. Back when games were in person, you could find an NYC Trivia League game on any day of the week in multiple areas--the hosts are friendly and fun and the questions are challenging and diverse (from Shakespeare to Real Housewives)! They even have league standings and playoffs! How cool!!! What has been even more amazing is their tenacity through these really challenging COVID times. NYC Trivia League has kept me sane with quizzes 3-4 times per week that are absolutely FREE! What a wonderful organization for giving us something to do and a way to virtually gather our friends together. I recently hired them for a private virtual birthday trivia event and it was an AMAZING time! Friends joined from all over the country and were so impressed at how well run the game was and how incredibly fun!
