First of all, this is Great Amercian Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery, so we came for the ice cream. The place was clean and the staff were awesome! There were multiple ice cream flavors and plenty of mix-on options. Serving size was huge, and they had a free cookie special. Ice creams were 5 stars! It's already our favorite ice cream spot, and so far, I've yet to find a "creation" that I haven't enjoyed. The cookies were 3 stars. The pecan caramel cookie was extremely salty and did not make you want to go back for a second bite. The white chocolate coconut was pretty good, but I thought it was a white chocolate macadamia nut. Had a great experience! There was a shorter employee with 2 braids, I didn't get her name but she was amazing! She had great customer service and she was very bubbly and friendly. She made my day because she was so nice and most places you go to nowadays people don't care and are rude, so I commend your employee for this. read more

My husband and I stopped in for a sweet treat. He went over to sample ice cream as I looked at the variety of cookies. The young lady serve him sample ice creams with trash SPOONS. Once I realized it it was already too late. I asked to speak to the manager (Jordan) she stated she was the AGM and the young lady was new. This is very concerning my husband could now be infected with any germs from the previous customer who used these spoons. Jordan did not charge us for the cookie slice or ice cream but this is way more concerning than a couple dollars. The establishment stated they will not compensate for this HUGE error on their behalf from lack of training and safety. read more

Very disappointed. Placed my order in person and stressed how I wanted it and prepaid. Went to pick up the cake and it was missing the extra icing so they told me to come back. I had my son go pick up the cake and this is what $42 look like. I asked for a refund, and since my son didn't have the card they refuse to issue a refund and said I need to come back tomorrow. They also can't tell the difference between Chocolate and Vanilla. We were given a melted blob of ice cream and it wasn't even the right cake. Our cookies were old.... point blank period stale no love came on Sunday mid afternoon. Will definitely not return even if it was free

I arrived to pick up a custom cookie cake and pointed out to the cashier that the name was written correctly on the order form but spelled incorrectly on the cake. I also pointed out there were random smears of white icing all over the cake. The cashier said, and I quote, "yea she did mess that up." Also, the "1" in "18th" was oddly shaped. I requested they A. Give me a refund and keep the cake B. Provide a partial refund and I keep the cake or C. Remake it. They refused to do any of the above and would only remake it if I paid again. Only corrected the name which further smeared the icing. Customer service at its worst! read more

Thought it was going to run me upwards of $50-60, it was around $35 and worth every penny! I have never had a soft cookie here. I Use To Come Often as it's near my home always trying to give this location a chance even coming at different times. Cookies are never soft. This stores does not throw away and replace cookies hourly. It seems they make a batch & keep them until they are sold. Great customer service but I can't eat and enjoy that. read more

Walked in today for the first time and was greeted by Rebekah "hello, how can I help you? Explained this was my first time in the store and just wanted to see what all you have to offer. Noticed the new purple letters Marble Slab Creamery on the way to ice cream, Rebekah explained to me the marble slab, sizes of the ice creams, toppings and cones! Then we went and picked out the buy 5 get 1 free deal! Was hard to choose from the flavors since I am watching my figure! Lol The store is clean and the staff is friendly!!
