Excellent experience from start to finish…read more I needed four new tires and TPMS sensors after discovering my tires had become dangerously worn. Eagle Tires got me in quickly, completed the work efficiently, and the pricing ended up being significantly better than another quote I had received. What impressed me most was how well the business is run. The shop is clean, organized, and everyone is genuinely friendly. Multiple people checked in to make sure I had been helped, and it was great seeing the owner working right alongside his team. You can tell they take pride in their work. The difference was immediately noticeable. My car now feels much steadier on the road, and I regained confidence behind the wheel knowing I was no longer driving on dangerously worn tires. More than just replacing tires, they restored an important sense of safety. Finding trustworthy automotive businesses isn't always easy, so when I find one that earns my confidence, I make sure to recognize it. Eagle Tires has earned my future business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Never going back!! I…read morehonestly feel like they were just looking for ways to keep charging me money. I brought my car in because of a tire noise. At first, they told me it would be an easy fix. About an hour later, they called me and said they needed to replace the lug nuts and assured me they had found the problem and that it would still be an easy fix. After paying for one thing after another, the person helping me continued to assure me that the problem had been fixed. I drove the car away, only to find that the exact same noise was still there. I brought the car back, and suddenly I was told, "Oh yeah, that's the issue we were expecting. We can't fix it here; you need to take it to a partner shop." This was extremely frustrating. If you knew from the beginning that you couldn't fix the actual problem, I should have been told before spending money on repairs that didn't solve the issue. I feel like I was charged for unnecessary work and left with the same problem I came in with. Very disappointing experience.

Manny even came out and helped load the tire back into the back of my Jeep for me, which was super appreciated because that thing is awkward as all get out and I was not in the mood to wrestle with it in the parking lot (especially with the waiting room watching me). Overall, just genuinely great service. Quick, friendly, and exactly what you hope for when you've got a random bolt ruining your day. Highly recommend this location.

I came here and asked them if they could test fit some wheels and tires I bought to see if I needed to make any adjustments to my suspension. so they started saying that they couldn't put them on because it's a liability because it's not the correct bolt pattern for the car i completely understand that but I Reiterated That I just wanted to see how they fit and that i wasn't going to drive away in them so they ended up trying to put them on and they couldn't figure out how the adapter work so i tried to explain that you had to bolt down the adapter onto the car and then put the wheel onto the adapter but they couldn't understand and they kept insisting that the adapter was just a spacer and that an adapter and spacers are the same thing and making passive aggressive comments. So I had enough and just told them to put my OEM wheel back on so I could leave and while they were putting it back on they were say that "next time don't waste your money on the wrong size and do your research so you can get the correct size". I was unbelievable livid that I was so close to telling them off but I just held my tongue and left. I ended up doing it my self outside my house and it took me less then 10 minutes and it fits perfectly.
