I had a bolt in my tire and he got me in right away, no drama, no long wait, just straight to the point. They had it patched in under an hour, which honestly felt like such a blessing after the morning I was having. Manny even came out and helped load the tire back into the back of my Jeep for me, which was super appreciated because that thing is awkward as all get out and I was not in the mood to wrestle with it in the parking lot (especially with the waiting room watching me). Frustrated that the company changing my tires failed to do any follow-up after the initial sale, the transparency and communication at Goodyear was refreshing. I hung out in the lobby while the shop performed their magic on my tires. They clearly printed reports to show the measurements that were modified. Pricing is easy to find on the Goodyear website so there's no surprises, and they're always doing some sort of deal over text. Happy I found this chain location for all my future tire needs.

I came here and asked them if they could test fit some wheels and tires I bought to see if I needed to make any adjustments to my suspension. so they started saying that they couldn't put them on because it's a liability because it's not the correct bolt pattern for the car i completely understand that but I Reiterated That I just wanted to see how they fit and that i wasn't going to drive away in them so they ended up trying to put them on and they couldn't figure out how the adapter work so i tried to explain that you had to bolt down the adapter onto the car and then put the wheel onto the adapter but they couldn't understand and they kept insisting that the adapter was just a spacer and that an adapter and spacers are the same thing and making passive aggressive comments. So I had enough and just told them to put my OEM wheel back on so I could leave and while they were putting it back on they were say that "next time don't waste your money on the wrong size and do your research so you can get the correct size". I was unbelievable livid that I was so close to telling them off but I just held my tongue and left. I ended up doing it my self outside my house and it took me less then 10 minutes and it fits perfectly.

I ordered my tires over the phone and went in the next day to get them installed. It looked like the one guy running the shop with one helper but he was attentive and polite to every customer. He was wearing many hats and I still got out in a timely manner. They even work through snow and it's all installed outside. I would recommend them to anyone.
