Gustavo, the installer, suggested the whole thing and it transformed our fireplace to something wonderful. Very recently, we installed a new kitchen and the cabinets did not fit the floor tile layout of the original kitchen. We asked Gustavo to come out and to see what he could do to fix the situation. The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. He talked me through the process and the quote and responded quickly to my email and texts. The actual laying of the flooring took under 5 hours but had to be split over two mornings because when the old carpet came up, the floor was uneven. He didn't try to upsell or act too fake or flattering like some of the salespeople at other companies do. We communicated mostly over email with Jeana, who was kind and responsive as well. The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again.
