Also sooner than I expected. I was impressed not only by the timing but also their sense of direction. Getting to my condo unit can be confusing with the various gate entrances, but these guys clearly knew what they were doing. Most people get lost. Not these guys. This job required a water main shut off in my HOA and they knew exactly where to go. They were friendly and professional and in and out in under 1 hour 30 minutes. The only reason I am at 4 stars is because I was quoted $225 for the job, but was charged $325. That seems a bit off, but the job was done swiftly and so I didn't bother challenging them.

I was beyond shock when the employee informed me the cost to install the faucets would be $1,100. Obviously I did not use this company nor would I ever call them again. The first two quotes were only going to replace the metal pipes under my house and line the inside of the pipes that run from the yard out the street (keeping the old metal pipes). But for the same price, Flow Right did a complete replacement of ALL pipes with new, non corroding ABS pipes. And not to get into the whole backstory, but there was a small request that was that was verbally agreed to that I thought they might renege on.
